Russell and Southern Right wineries. Travelling through the
Fernkloof Nature Reserve to reach a breath-taking look-out

Description: High above the ground (8 to 50 Meters) the 2
guides will allow you to glide from platform to platform with

meters to 200 meters and with a safe breaking system you
control the speed you travel at.

Description: How it begins:
enjoy a delicious continental breakfast and discuss current
sightings, indemnities, wetsuits and equipment before
heading off to board our custom built 36 ft, 4 tonne white
shark dive catamaran – ‘Shark Team’. We limit her to 20
passenger capacity plus 5 crew to ensure your comfort and
viewing pleasure throughout your adventure experi-
ence.You get to meet one of our intrepid skippers, a quali-
fied paramedic, a Dive Master and our friendly crew and
enjoy a short talk on shark anatomy and behaviour. We
explain how White Shark Projects works with the sharks in
the area and how you will spend the next couple of hours
diving and viewing these wondrous predators in their natu-
ral habitat.
As the day unfolds:
You are fully briefed on all procedures and the action be-
gins as our crew ‘scents’ the cruise area and you wait with
bated breath for your initial glimpse of the first shark
fin.Sharks are usually wary at first and we wait a while for
them to settle and then lower the dive cage. Our first
guests enter the cage (takes 5 – 6 people) and spend about
20 minutes face to face with the sharks !We will work with
individual sharks and you can enjoy topside viewing during
your wait as shark activity is often close to the surface.In
fact Great Whites are also known for their ‘spy hopping’ –
breaching right out of the water in pursuit of prey ! Topside
viewing can yield a lot of those action shots !

A Minute 2 Win It! is a fast-paced event that will have your teams laughing, cheering and
trying to become the Minute 2 Win It! Champion. This ultra-competitive event is a per-
fect addition to corporate events or as a stand-alone team building activity.

CLAY SCULPTING
Each team member will get the same amount of clay. According to the assignment, you
have to use your clay to sculpt something fantastic. Getting your hands dirty is the best

DRUMMING
Each team member will be given an African drum called a Djembe. The facilitator will

READY STEADY COOK
The group will be split into teams. Each team will have a cooking station complete with
utensils, stoves and all implements needed. With a limited time, limited ingredients and
a whole lot of creative thinking, each team must create a 2 course meal with the ingredi-
ents provided and within the time allowed. This activity can get extremely competitive
and the teams will be judged on presentation, taste, team work and imagination.

POTJIEKOS COMPETITION
The group will be split into teams. Each team will have a cooking station with all the
equipment needed to prepare your pot. Fires and hot coals will be available. A general
‘pantry’ station with all the fresh vegetables and spices will be set up. Each team will be
judged on various criteria, from cleanliness to taste. The final product will be the dinner
at the end, and the group will get a chance to enjoy each other’s pots.

SUSHI CLASS
Teaching people the art of making their own sushi. Whether you choose to do it for fun
or as a team building exercise for you and your colleagues – the sushi lessons will be

A unique and exclusive experience of learning to blend wine. This is an opportunity to
take home a bottle of wine with your own preferred blend and with your own label

need to work together as a team to figure out how to make the outcome possible by
