on-shore marketplace for the talent
and skills required to deliver RPA
programs is becoming increasingly
defined by skills shortages.

Recognising both the opportunities and
challenges this presents, Morpheus has
created a bespoke training Academy designed
to train, develop and equip the next generation
of RPA Consultants with the tools and skills
required to help our customers build and scale
their digital operations.

Our next RPA Academy will take place in London in January
2019 and we’re now looking for talented consultants to join our
team and take up this fantastic opportunity. This is a unique
opportunity for you to enter the exciting world of Robotic
Process Automation!

After completing our high-quality training Academy and
receiving certification as a UiPath RPA Developer, you will be
placed on work placements, quickly putting into practice what
you have learnt working in Agile teams alongside experienced
Morpheus consultants.

OUR ACADEMY PROGRAMME RUNS OVER TWO WEEKS. BEFORE YOUR TRAINING
BEGINS, YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A SHORT ONLINE COURSE TO GAIN A
FOUNDATIONAL UNDERSTANDING OF RPA DEVELOPMENT TOOLS.

Having successfully passed your online foundation training, the next couple
of weeks will be spent in class-based training at our London offices in group
based sessions.

                In week 1 you’ll receive comprehensive UiPath Advanced
  WEEK 1        Developer training.

                In the second week you will get the opportunity to put all the
                training you’ve received into practice by taking UiPath’s
  WEEK 2
                Advanced Developer Certification. Upon successfully
                passing this exam, you will have graduated from our
                Academy and be ready to begin you’re exciting new career as
                a Morpheus UiPath RPA Developer, working alongside our
                experienced Consultants on your first robotic assignment!

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT OR
BASIC PROGRAMMING TO
JOIN OUR NEXT ACADEMY

                            Upon successfully
                            graduating from our
                            RPA Academy you can
                            expect to be quickly:
                            Working directly with our
                            clients, supporting the
                            gathering and development
                            of ‘as-is’ and ‘to be’ business
                            process requirements

                            Working closely with our
                            team to ensure requirements
                            are accurately mapped and
                            suitable for development

                            Developing robots yourself
                            using leading RPA software
                            tools like UiPath and
                            Automation Anywhere

Skills, qualifications and experience:
●
Strong interpersonal skills

The ability to build and maintain effective
relationships with
internal and external stakeholders
(both IT and non-IT literate)

Good presentation and facilitation skills

Natural team player

                                              Desirable skills,
                                              qualifications and
                                              experience:
                                              Experience using leading
                                              automation and robotic tools
                                              such as Blue Prism, UiPath or
                                              Automation Anywhere. Prior
                                              programming experience useful!
                                              ●
                                              Any Lean Six Sigma or
                                              other process improvement
                                              knowledge

                                              Bachelor’s degree in business
                                              or Technical degree (science,
                                              engineering, computing)

                                              Wider appreciation of business
                                              operations and processes

                                              Functional knowledge of
                                              processes where RPA might
                                              commonly be used, e.g. Finance,
                                              Operations, HR

When I first heard the phrase ‘robots’ at work,
                                  I thought of the Terminator and Skynet! After
                                  further research, I discovered that the rise of
                         software ‘robots’ in the workplace is now one of the
                         fastest growing industries ever.

                         Keen to explore whether a career in robotics was right
                         for me, Morpheus offered me a place on their next RPA
                         Academy, where I was trained to start building my own
                         robots.

                         After graduating from the Academy, I was placed and
                         mentored on my first assignment and haven’t looked
                         back since… I’m absolutely loving my new
                         career as an RPA Developer!
