                                      March 2021

Hi Everyone,

It’s March already and although the drills have been quiet for a few months our team has
kept busy getting ready for our upcoming drill programs at Selena and Carlin-East in H1,
2021. I’ve highlighted a few recent developments at our projects below.

Carlin-East
   • We’re anxious to begin our Phase II (3,000m) drill program at the Crash Zone in
Q2, 2021 which will target high-grade gold along the projection of the same fault
corridor that hosts Nevada Gold Mines (NGM) neighbouring North Leeville
      discovery (See Figure 1 below).
   • To learn more about the North Leeville discovery and what it means for our drill
programs at Carlin-East this year (Click Here).

I may sound a bit like a broken record here as I just put out a newsletter on Carlin-East
two weeks ago, but this is huge, just look at the map!

Selena
   • We acquired a historic database from the 1980’s in January 2021, which included
51 drillholes that has effectively doubled the strike length of the silver-gold footprint
      of our new discovery.
   • Our April 2021 drill program will focus on select infill and step-out drilling to
continue growing this shallow-oxide, bulk tonnage silver-gold opportunity.

Swift
• We recently hosted a consultant specializing in Cortez District stratigraphy who has
confirmed our 2020 drill intersections into the Wenban formation host rocks at Swift.
• Why do I go on and on about the Wenban you might ask? It’s because the Wenban
formation is host to ALL >5.0 Moz. gold deposits in the Cortez District and this is the
first time anyone has identified Wenban at the Swift project.

So, what’s next? PDAC kicked off today, if you’re interested in learning more about our
Swift project check out our core shack (Click Here) where we will be featuring Phase I
drill core. I will also be busy with 1 on 1 meetings on the 9-10th so if you’d like a half hour
of my undivided attention Click Here to request a meeting.
