MARCH 30, 2020 TUSCAWILLA COUNTRY CLUB | OVIEDO, FL
The Blake Bortles Foundation Charity Golf Tournament will be held on Monday,
March 30th in Blake's hometown of Oviedo, Florida at the beautiful Tuscawilla
Country Club.
The tournament was created in 2016 as a main fundraising platform for the
Blake Bortles Foundation, supporting two areas of need in the local community:
Children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), to
which we provide opportunities through partnerships with local organizations
to help these amazing individuals pursue full, independent lives.
First responders, as they continue to strengthen and protect our citizens,
while carrying out their vital, lifesaving work.
The Blake Bortles Foundation Charity Golf Tournament is a one-day event that
combines golf, local flavors, and a first-class good time. Golfers in attendance will
enjoy 18 holes of golf equipped with breakfast, beverages, contests, awards
luncheon and cocktail reception, silent auction and more! The golf tournament is
not your average time on the green as you’ll be playing alongside Blake with the
end goal of raising awareness for our specific areas of need.

1. REGISTRATION
Please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM on the last page of this brochure and
mail or email it along with payment to the address listed on the form. You can
also register your team online at blakebortlesfoundation.com. Please note that
online payments will incur 3% processing fees. This will secure your team for
the 2020 Blake Bortles Charity Golf Tournament. Once we've received your
registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
Rooms are available at the Double Tree Orlando - East UCF for a special rate
of $129 per night. For more information or assistance reserving your room
please email us at info@blakebortlesfoundation.com.
3. PAYMENT
Payment should be sent in with your registration form. If other arrangements
need to be made, please contact the foundation.
4. REGISTER GOLFERS
The tournament director will contact you regarding golfer names no later than
March 20, 2020.
All pertinent tournament information will be sent out to the team contact on March 23,
2020 as a reminder of when and where the festivities will take place.

Breakfast, lunch, and beverages are served throughout the tournament
starting at 7:30am on Monday morning. An awards luncheon, silent auction
and cocktail reception will follow the round of golf in the clubhouse.
THE COURSE
TUSCAWILLA COUNTRY CLUB 1500 WINTER SPRINGS BLVD | OVIEDO, FL
The centerpiece of the Tuscawilla Country Club is an 18-hole golf course
designed by noted architect Joe Lee in 1971, offering a challenge to players of
all skill levels. Featuring Champion Bermuda greens, the course is carved from
a gently rolling terrain with a backdrop of stately Live Oak trees draped with
Spanish moss, which lends itself to a Southern plantation atmosphere. This
Championship Golf Course spans 6,851 yards, winding peacefully through
some of the most pristine land in the state of Florida.
