We or our vendors do not have any role to influence the Visa decision process and carry no liability incase of Visa rejection for whatsoever reason. For any Visa rejection case, if the tour has to be cancelled or postponed, appropriate cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company’s policy from time to time. Please refer the cancellation policy mentioned below, which might change as per the tour you select. BOOKING PROCESS To accept your booking, you will have send us a Confirmation Email replying to the final proposal. On receipt of your confirmation email, we will send you the Booking Milestones giving various timelines. We request you to process the payments as per the Booking Milestones. On receipt of your advance payments, we will initiate the bookings for flights, hotel and other services. Incase, any of the services are unavailable, we will provide you with alternate options. PAYMENT POLICY Air Fare: 100% Advance Land Package: Non-Refundable Interest Free Booking Deposit @ 25% or INR 20000.00 per person whichever is higher, next installment of 50% within 10 Days from the booking date, last installment 25 Days before the departure date. However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. Strictly, all the payments to be cleared before the departure dates. CANCELLATION POLICY Calculation is based on the no. of days before the Departure Date: More than 35 Days: The Booking Deposit will be forfeited. 34-20 Days: 25% of the booking amount. 19-10 Days: 50% of the booking amount. 09-00 Days: 100% of the booking amount (will be treated as No Show). However, this might change depending on the tour and season of your travel and will be communicated at the time of booking. GST will be levied at the applicable rates. PAYMENT OPTIONS Payments can be made through Cash, Cheque, NEFT, RTGS, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Mobile Wallets. For payment through Card or Mobile Wallet there will be an additional levy of 3% to cover the charges levied by the respective service providers. We choose not to build this charge into our prices, as the majority of our guests pay by Cash, Cheque, NEFT, RTGS and we believe that it would be unfair to indirectly charge them a levy.
