• Role of Company Representatives:
• Represent Ponticelli & Semco Maritime in the consultation process
• On-pass information received from PBS Management regarding the proposed changes to existing terms
and conditions of employment and benefits
• Provide information & respond to questions from the Employee Representatives about the proposed
changes to existing terms and conditions of employment and benefits
• Receive information from Employee Representatives
• Role of Employee Representatives:
• Receive information from and give information to the Company Representatives
• Pass information to employees that the Company Representatives provide in relation to the proposed
changes to existing terms and conditions of employment and benefits
• Represent the employees by getting their views, opinions and suggestions
• Raise employee questions and get a response on their behalf

Travel coming off nightshift Employees who are required to travel after coming off nights (and don’t use Not applicable Higher

payable for every full day worked in the position (so claimable on mobilisation payable

These payments are in addition to SSP at the current rate set annually by week
government (excluding the first 3 days of absence from work, SSP 8 weeks linking Plus SSP for all
rule applies). Qualifying period of 13-weeks continuous service required before above
enhanced sick pay is payable.

Duty Allowance £25/day for working an approved duty roster (SGP only)
Dinner & Bed will be booked by the Company. In the event the Company are Not yet specified
unable to book Dinner, this will be payable to all employees who stay in hotel
Evening Meal (before Mobilisation or when on training) prior to mobilisation or for evening meal when on training/in the office and
required to stay overnight in hotel. Maximum of £20 on receipted expenses in
this instance only.

• Appendix – Life Assurance Benefits:

Permanent Disablement Benefit (as result of work related accident) per a scale of benefits up to a maximum in all for one accident £30,000
