  Market Commentary.
  Strong investment demand continued in the first quarter of 2018 throughout Stonnington’s retail
  strips. The Stonnington market produced a number of prime investment opportunities in the
  first quarter with Toorak Road, South Yarra and Hawksburn Village continuing to outperform.
  The first quarter typically lacked investment opportunities in the $10 million plus bracket despite
  significant unsatisfied demand at this level.
