Foreword
Dear Mr./Mrs. President, Secretary General, Ski Friends,

According to the FIS decision, Belarus Ski Union has the right to host FIS
Freestyle Ski Aerials World Cup Events in Minsk/Raubichi.

Belarus Ski Union is grateful to the FIS Council and its leaders for the trust
they have shown us. We shall do our best so that this FIS Freestyle Ski World
Cup would become a competition of the highest standard and its participants
would have the warmest memories after visiting our hospitable country.

The Organizing Committee has the honor to invite you and your Freestyle Ski
Aerials Team to participate in the FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup to be held in
Minsk/Raubichi, Republic of Belarus on January 30th, 2021.

The competition will be held in accordance with the International Ski
Competition Rules (ICR).

Looking forward to see you in Belarus and hope for the cooperation.

 2. ENTRIES
Entries are accepted in accordance with the FIS Quotas and Rules.

By December 21th, 2020 (Deadline Entries) – please submit the anticipated
number of your competition team (including competitors and officials) and
the names of participants.
The final number of your competition team (including competitors and
officials) and the names of participants must be submitted to the Organizing
Committee no later than January 20th, 2021 (Deadline Final Entries).

The Online Registration System (Competition Online Entries) is accessed
through the FIS Homepage: https://profile.fis-ski.com/login

FIS has established Nation Quotas for World Cups. National Ski Teams can
only enter World Cup Ski Competitors according to the Quota Limitations.

 3. REGISTRATION
The official arrival day is on Monday, January 25th, 2021.
The registration starts at the Hotel Raubichi-2 on January 25th, 2021
from 14:00. Departure is on Monday, February 1st, 2021 till 12:00.

To be eligible for participation in the 2020/2021 FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup,
each competitor must be a citizen of the country representing his/her
National Ski Association.

All the participating athletes must possess a valid FIS Code and prove it with
a valid passport.

All the fees must be paid by credit card.
Only the following credit cards are accepted: VISA, VISA electron,
MasterCard, MasterCard electron, Maestro.

 4. ACCOMODATION AND MEALS
As per the FIS Rules, the Organizing Committee takes care of half-board
accommodation for teams and officials. The bookings for national teams are
organized by the Organizing Committee according to the team quotas and
sent entries.

The Official World Cup Hotel for the teams is Hotel Raubichi-2.
The price for daily half-board accommodation is CHF 50.00 per each person.
One single room will be provide to per country for a team official. The second,
third, etc. additional single rooms will be provided if they are available.
Only credit cards are accepted.

Hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00.

Accommodation is provided from dinner on January 25th, 2021 to breakfast
on February 1st, 2021.

Teams are responsible for any damage incurred during their staying, incl.
additional services (eg. laundry, etc.).
5. TRANSPORTATION
Please specify Minsk National Airport (MSQ) as your point of arrival and
departure.

Transportation Airport-Hotel- Airport (~30 km and ~25-30 min by bus) are
provided to the teams by the Organizing Committee.

The price for transportation Airport-Hotel-Airport is CHF 30.00 per each
person.
Only credit cards are accepted.

 6. BIBS
As per FIS Rules, all competitors must wear bibs during all official trainings,
competition and award ceremonies.

 7. SKI WAXING
Ski waxing are organized and located in Hotel Raubichi-2.
Schedule for ski waxing for each team – tba later.

 8. LIABILITY
All athletes, officials and other members of National Ski Associations who
attend and participate in the competition shall do so at their own risk of any
injuries or losses suffered or incurred during the competitions.

 9. ACCIDENT INSURANCE
As per FIS Rules, all athletes require insurance (incl. COVID-19 medical
treatment expenses) arranged by their National Ski Associations.
The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for any injuries of
athletes neither for damage or lost property.

In the case of injury or accident on courses during competition or trainings,
the Organizing Committee medical personnel will be responsible for any
medical decision in cooperation with the respective team’s medical staff.
10. MEDICAL AND DOPING CONTROL
According to the FIS Rules and may be conducted for each event and gender.

 11. PRIZE MONEY
The prize money will be transferred to the athlete’s accounts as per the FIS
Rules.

 12. VISA INFORMATION
Foreign nationals may visit any place in Belarus within 30 days of their Visa-
free stay. However, they must arrive and leave the country only through
Minsk National Airport. The Visa-free entry rules do not extend to any other
international border checkpoints or airports of the country.
!!! Belarus’ Visa-free travel rules for foreign visitors DO NOT apply to people
flying to Belarus from or to Russia (these flights are considered internal and
are not subject to border control) !!!

In case you need Visa assistance, do not hesitate to contact the Organizing
Committee.

Visa Request Form must be sent to the Organizing Committee by
December 21th, 2020 (Deadline Entries).

 13. COVID-19
Competitions shall be carried out in accordance with recommendations from
Belarus health authorities (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus),
World Health Organization and International Ski Federation.

As of December 15th, 2020 there are no restrictions for teams and officials
travelling into Belarus for international sport events provided that entering
individuals are able to prove the fact of the event being held and that they
are officially entered as participating athletes/team officials, judges,
accredited journalists.

After name entries are submitted by given deadlines, the Organizing
Committee will provide each team/official with written confirmation that
might be required on entering Belarus.

Shall there be any updates, we will inform everybody concerned accordingly.

!!! All entered event participants being holders of FIS passport shall
regularly follow general FIS Passport Regulations, i.e. provide/fill in as
required pre-entry health questionnaire, daily questionnaire, whereabouts
for last 14 days prior to event !!!

More information about COVID-19 formalities and necessary precautions and
(incl. urgent contact information) due to the pandemic will be provided to all
the teams together with the Event COVID-19 Protocol.
!!! The Organizing Committee takes care of mandatory PCR-Testing for
teams and officials upon arrival on January 26th, 2021 and on competition
day on January 30th, 2021 in Hotel Raubichi-2 (1st floor, COVID-19 Medical
Rooms) !!!

The price for PCR-Test (in English) is CHF 60.00 per each person per test.
Cash (only BYN) and credit cards are accepted.

 1. COMMON INFORMATION
Double kickers only.
Separate competitions (ladies, men).
Quota – 2 teams per nation per gender.
Host nation + 1 team per gender.
Team size – 2 athletes.
Competitions format:
- qualification – 1 jump
- final – 1 jump (best 6 teams)

 2. PRIZE MONEY
1st place – 3.000 BYN
2nd place – 1.800 BYN
3rd place – 1.200 BYN
(less local tax – 13%)
