As well, Soeren has been key developer of massive organization logistics
programs resulting in millions in savings each week such as for the Danish Rail-
roads (DSB), and is recognized by TED in 2017 as understanding the actual risks
and opportunities in society far beyond the norm.
Soeren is a widely recognized expert on the five recent decades of international
experiments and research in Unconditional Basic Income (UBI = giving people
free money). He developed the now famous UBInow model, which is debated by
politicians for testing in South Africa and Switzerland.
Soeren has spoken in the Danish Parliament, as well as on several national and international UBI conferences, and
is a close associate and co-funder of the Danish division of Basic Income Earth Network, the greatest international
authority on UBI.
Considering he is an Asperger, Soeren is socially well adapted by using his extreme IQ as EQ, and he has acted as
CEO for years in other organizations, while leading many board meetings, conferences and large negotiations -
but such use of his brain does wear him out for days afterwards and his preferred place is spending 12+ hours per

HENRIK SKAKSEN JACOBSEN - CO-FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN OF THE
BOARD & CEO
Henrik was an entrepreneur himself before teaming up with Soeren in 2014, and co-funded
SamfundsTanken together with him and Kirsten in 2015. Henrik for many years also lead Soeren’s
Emergency Asteroid Defence Project; an ongoing (but currently moth-balled) effort together
with NASA and ESA to create a planetary asteroid defence. An effort that resulted in the
establishment of the Planetary Defence Coordination Office’s $50M/year budget, a ten-fold
increase.
At the time EADP was the financially most sustainable way of saving lives (still today only exceeded by
UBInow and UBIseed) as explained in Soeren’s resent TED Talk. Soeren financed EADP out-of-pocket,
together with a few other sponsors persuaded by Henrik, but Henrik holds as least as much credit for
the success of EADP so far as does Soeren, not least for coordinating almost everything with NASA and
the US universities and companies involved.
Henrik is educated as Master of Development and International
Relations, and have volunteered with entrepreneurs and charities
almost his entire professional life. He is well-liked by all he meets and
great at creating contacts and keeping them, regardless of culture
or position in society, giving him an immense international network
on all levels.
Henrik leverages this network in his daily work as CEO, securing
everything runs smoothly most of the time and securing favorably
priced expert help when it does not. Henrik has invested approx.

KIRSTEN RIDDERVOLD - CO-FOUNDER, TREASURER & COO
Kirsten is educated at Aalborg University and has more than a decade’s experience in sales
and organizing NGO entrepreneurship, events and associations. Kirsten oversees finance and
operations. While functioning as fulltime organization leader and developer, she also part-time
educates herself at Copenhagen Business School in what equates to an MBA.
Since joining Soeren and Henrik in 2014, Kirsten has kept both EADP and SamfundsTanken well-oiled regarding
administration and HR, to the point of ensuring everybody are healthily fed, and she is the go-to person for our
accountants and bookkeepers – if nobody else knows what is going on, Kirsten does and ensures there is a tight
but meaningful budget for it.
As well Kirsten has great psychological insight, making her a natural
choice in hiring or firing situations, or when difficult compromises must
be reached. Kirsten has invested approx. $15K in SamfundsTanken.

Ida has been part of Soeren’s organizations on/off since 2013, first joining 01AI as copywriter on
external and internal communication, and since been in several different positions as spokes-
person both in writing, on the radio and in television, communications manager and political
analyst.
She left Soeren’s projects, to work as project manager in the start-up she had joined in 2011. A startup
that when she again returned to SamfundsTanken in 2016 had become the renowned team-building
company Midgaard Event, in part due to Ida’s optimization of the event concepts and methods.
With a Master in English & European studies from Copenhagen Business School and specialization in value based/
Nordic leader-ship, she now puts her almost two decades of experience in management and communication to
good use for SamfundsTanken.

Simon is an award-winning photo journalist, author and teacher, who has been featured in
magazines and podcasts internationally. He graduated from the Danish School of Media and
Journalism as well as the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, NL.
This makes Simon highly adept in storytelling and in getting the right message across through his large and creative
toolbox. Besides doing the visual storytelling, editing, branding and marketing for SamfundsTanken, Simon runs his
own business Skipper Photography. He is also currently on a diploma study programme to become an emotional
intelligence coach. Relentlessly passionate and driven, Simon is light-hearted and spreads inspiration wherever he
goes.
Having traveled to nearly 50 countries and speaking 7
languages, Simon draws his ideas from a global perspe-
ctive to fuel SamfundsTanken towards accomplishing

Having met Soeren in 2013, and Asperger like Soeren, Chris has grown to be fairly well
adapted socially and has always been brilliant with code, even if you can’t get him to
admit it.
Chris was drawn over from The Specialists and has
been a crucial part of the team around Soeren during
the development of massive logistics system for the
Danish Railroads (DSB) and have contributed much
to several other of Soeren’s startups, such as Dintido
medical clocks for the elderly and the Nao EEG Robots.

Daniel is a recent but enamored addition to the SamfundsTanken team, tasked with securing
deals with Goods & Marketing Partners. Daniel started his first businesses at the age of 16 and
went on to sell insurances and real estate. At age 25 he was managing two teams with millions
of Swiss Francs in sales, and earning significant money with lots of benefits like a company car
and all expenses paid.
But he did not feel fulfilled, so went on to found LeadersBridge in 2013 and
work with more than 200 extraordinary and inspiring leaders and entrepre-
neurs from more than 26 different nationalities and be a prominent board
member in Global Entrepreneurship Network Switzerland, a transforming story
which has been captured as a TED Talk.

Karen is a South African politician representing the Democratic Alliance as Deputy Shadow Mini-
ster of Social Development and Deputy Chairperson of the Democratic Alliance in the Northern
Cape. She has been an elected Member of Parliament representing Northern Cape in the South

Karen is educated as anthropologist and has in the recent decade attended the international UBI conferences and

Guy is probably the most well-known UBI-related academic in the world today, due to his many
tours through Europe, Asia and USA doing research, pilots and lectures. He has been a supporter
of SamfundsTanken on the sideline since 2015.
Professorial Research Associate at SOAS University of London, British professor of Development
Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and founder
and co-president of the Basic Income Earth Network (BIEN).
He has held chairs at the Universities of Bath and Monash (Australia) and was previously Director
of the Socio-Economic Security Programme of the International Labour Organisation.
He is currently working on pilot basic income schemes in India and on issues relating to his two recent
books, The Precariat: The New Dangerous Class (2011), A Precariat Charter: From Denizens to Citizens
(2014) and Basic Income: How to make it happen (2017).
Standing has written widely in the areas of labour economics, labour market policy, unemployment, labour market
flexibility, structural adjustment policies and social protection. His recent work has concerned the emerging precari-

Everybody wants UBI – but how do you make it sustainable?
Poverty is a condition that 50-70% of the world population suffers from and almost everybody fear. One can do little
about escaping it without 3rd party help – a help that scientifically speaking is best given as money grants; all sorts of
control or means tests just reduces the effect.
Unconditional Basic Income (UBI) has through 50 years of research and experiments with hundreds of thousands of
people from India and Africa to Canada and Finland shown to be the best way to get individuals (as tested with
homeless in London) and communities (as tested with Indian and African villages and cities) out of poverty.
There is today no doubt among the world’s scientists
that UBI is the single most effective way to change
poverty into good lives, businesses and art, with major
benefits within health, education, entrepreneurship
and overall economy, including an average 13 IQ
points increase (there is 20 points between idiot and
highly intelligent average person).
Even when the grants are only $1 per month, they
easily change lives of people living at less than
$2/day if they keep coming for a few years.
Page 17So far, all such experiments have been done with state or charity money, and have been shut down when the money runs dry, or when governments shift to politicians who do not ‘believe’ in UBI; people who do not believe in science – lately even the big experiment in Canada has been shut down for such political reasons. As of today, there is only one method that makes government UBI economically sustainable; UBInow from us in SamfundsTanken which has been lauded by the greatest experts in the world and is debated for trials in South Africa and Switzerland. But even this method, based on venture capitalism, has been rejected by politicians in most of the world, simply because they “do not believe in giving people free money” or “believe people will be lazy”, despite every scientific experiment proving the opposite. the news quickly reached the newspapers. Yet even from the still burning ferry, Soeren turned the press
awareness into a marketing stunt for the Electric World Tour 2010-2011.
The insurance drawing out the payment for years bankrupted Soeren’s initial electric vehicle company,
AFUTURE EV.
But the event laid the foundation for Soeren’s 01AI corporation (in which AFUTURE EV had been owned)
to become a million-dollar electric vehicle consultancy business – because to the global automakers it
didn’t matter that a car burned, they had all experienced that many times.
But that Soeren’s car could go 200 km on a charge and survive a world round-trip when none of their
cars could, made them immediately want the crew behind it regardless of the costs.

NEEDS & PROCEEDS
Currently SamfundsTanken is still having a lot of monetary commitments to local and global basic income organiza-
tions, putting a strain on our monthly budget (which is comprised both of consultancy income, various opportunity
trading and donations). As such, we need investments for UBIseed as soon as possible.
First of all, we need investments to man up to properly initiate the UBIseed implementation, including
having funds for the great amount of travelling needed to close the final agreements with technology
partners, Product Partners and officials (not least the United Nations) worldwide. Approx. USD 50K per
month in 12 months.
Secondarily, we need investments to pay the technical experts who help set up the servers and
software for the next UBIseed implementation, moving beyond the MVP and later scaling it rapidly.
Approx. USD 1M for a year.
In total USD 1.6M. When the results of these actions are clear, we move on to Round A, planned at USD 5M.
Last, but not least, we always seek futher Product Partners to provide products for the UBIseed users to buy.
Page 35WHY INVEST IN UBISEED OR BECOME A PRODUCT PARTNER, AND WHY RIGHT NOW? However one ends up in the future, UBIseed will make everybody richer – every single person in the world. By con- tributing to UBIseed you will not only get a basic income eventually accumulating to hundreds of thousands of USD yourself, but so will your children and other loved ones, your friends, your neighborhood, etc. The amounts your soci- al circles will receive within 10 years are quite staggering when summed up; we are talking millions of dollars in total. And as with all speculation, being among the first to take a chance will pay off most in the end, with the firstcomer getting the highest ROI from the success that results in 5, 10 or 15 years. We at SamfundsTanken are, however, a non-commercial entity owned by society, so cannot provide equity, and since we have promised to keep the UBI- seed solution in non-corporate hands we cannot move the solution to a holding company and provide equity from this. What we do have, however, is an organization already making serious profits each year on its own, and with UBI- seed beginning to get traction the monetary resources we can draw upon, simply by instantiating UBIseeds without crossing the line where inflation becomes a serious threat, is staggering: With say 500,000,000 users (note that this is less than ¼ of Facebook’s users today, and they do not give away money) in 2022 receiving 1000 UBIseeds each month, and a month’s UBIseeds being worth just $10 on the exchanges, this is $5 billion in value we create and distribute every month, and 1% thereof ($50M) already returning as transaction fees.
