Location
 Grange Farm Park is located on the A1104 between Alford and Mablethorpe;
between the Coast and the Countryside. We are on the main road in the village
                           of Maltby-Le-Marsh.

 Just 5 miles from the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB (Area of outstanding natural
 beauty) our park is within easy reaching distance of a variety of attractions
  that the region has to offer, with numerous activities to cater for all of the
                                 family's needs.

Grange Farm Park is within walking distance of a 9-hole golf course or a short
   drive takes you to Mablethorpe where you will find an abundance of sandy
beaches and seaside town activities e.g. The Seal Sanctuary, true seaside town
games like arcades a cinema and much more, so you won’t be short of things to
 do. For more adventures such as a day at Skegness, Butlins or Jump Warriors
 Trampoline Park a 30 minute car ride is all it takes. In the Autumn you can see
  the wild seals at Donna Nook, and during the winter months there is regular
                  sand racing events on Mablethorpe seafront.

The Park
                                  What we offer...
 We have a variety of accommodation to suit all budgets; all set in 15 acres of
 gardens, paddocks, lakes and farmland - a truly relaxing retreat! Caravans,
    Cottages and Lodges can be booked on a self catering basis, with our
  changeover days being Monday and Friday. The luxury B&B rooms can be
  booked on a nightly basis, and include a full Lincolnshire breakfast at The
                         Stables Bar & Restaurant.

             The Grounds
   We are surrounded by 15 acres of
countryside. We have plenty of farm
life around the park such as chickens
 and rabbits. Our farm dogs Izzy and
Pip are a hit with all of our guests too;
given half the chance Izzy would play
           ball all day long!

 There is plenty to do for the children
   such as our fleet of Go-Karts and
ever expanding play area, but we find

Facilities
                                  Dog Friendly
   We are a pet friendly park and we understand how important it is that no
 member of the family misses out on a holiday including the furry ones! Dogs
 are allowed in most of our accommodation but unfortunately not in Badgers
Den, Breeze Lodge and Bedrooms 1-3. We have a large fully enclosed paddock
  for off the lead exercise, with many dog toys available. There are many pet
 friendly beaches to visit in the area, with Huttoft and Anderby being the quiet
   part of the coastline, whilst Sutton-on-Sea and Mablethorpe a little busier
  during high season, (restrictions apply during high season). Hubbards Hills,
   Snipe Dales, and Rigsby Woods are all nearby woodland areas perfect for
 exploring. There is an outdoor kennel which, if available, you are welcome to
                           use for short periods of time.

 Although The Stables Bar & Restaurant is not pet friendly, The Potting Shed is
available to eat in with your furry friends, as is the outdoor terrace. The Potting
  Shed is a luxury cabana (large enough to seat 14) with beautiful lake views,
         and a log burner to take the chill off during the winter months.

                                Laundry Facilities
We have laundry facilities on-site, with industrial sized coin operated washing
machines and tumble dryer. We also have washing lines which all of our guests
 are welcome to use. Please note - we do not sell washing powder/detergent.

Dining
                         The Stables Bar & Restaurant
 The Stables is a fully air conditioned restaurant and licensed bar on site, open
 everyday from 8am. Open to both public and park guests, our customers can
 enjoy a full Lincolnshire breakfast overlooking the lakes, a homemade scone
with a pot of Lincolnshire Tea, a romantic evening meal, freshly cooked Sunday
               Lunch or even a cold beer sat watching the sun set.

 Committed to serving the best seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients, The
   Stables offers British favourites and comfort food classics in a relaxed and
  informal brasserie setting, serving a menu that combines local and seasonal
ingredients along with some brand new recipes for the daily specials board. All
 dishes are prepared fresh,and homemade by our talented team of chefs. The
   Stables incorporates a lively; yet relaxed bar and outside terrace with lake
    views for guests wanting to drop in for an after-work beer or pre-dinner
       cocktail, as well as those looking to celebrate a special occasions.

 We hold several events during the year such as family fun bingo, charity quiz
   nights as well as celebrate occasions such as mothers and fathers day.

 Whether you wish to celebrate that special milestone in your life, hold a baby
shower for a loved one, or even celebrate tying the knot; here at The Stables we
  can offer a range of packages for all occasions. The Stables is in a beautiful
countryside setting with fabulous lake views, there is nothing like for like in the
                        area to hold a special occasion.

 Our packages include freshly prepared food, drinks of your choice and room
   hire. You can add additional items such as balloons, cakes, decorations,
   flowers and more. We can tailor the decorations of your choice to your
                      specification/theme of your event.

We have an experienced team on hand, both front and back of house to assist
 you, both leading up to the event, and on the day ensuring your day runs
                                smoothly.

Caravans
 We have five caravans on site, all of
  excellent standard. The caravans
vary in size and can accommodate up
      to six people comfortably.

 They are all pet friendly, benefiting
    from an enclosed veranda. The
caravans are well equipped with fully
fitted and well appointed kitchens to
make you feel at home. Each caravan
     has outdoor table and chairs.

Caravan C4 is our superior caravan,
 with beautiful lake views, modern
  décor and spacious living area.

  Caravans 3 - 6 are situated to the
    back of the park, close to the
  wildflower bank, and only a short
 walk to the lakes. Caravans 3 and 5
have 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to
 6( 1 x double, and 2 x twin rooms).
     Caravan 4 can sleep 4 in 2
 bedrooms (1 x double and 1 x twin).
   Caravan 6 can sleep up to 3 (1 x
       double, and 1 x single).

  Bedding is provided for the first
bedroom, with beds made ready for
   your arrival. For any further
  bedrooms, you are required to
    provide your own bedding.

Cottages
    There are a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom cottages, all of which are pet-
 friendly. All cottages have fully equipped kitchens, with the beds made ready
           for your arrival, and fresh towels provided for each guest.

‘The Courtyard’ consists of 4 cottages
 - Ash, Chestnut, Walnut and Oak, all
    overlooking the shared outdoor
   seating area, the perfect place to
 relax after a busy day exploring the
                 coast.

    Ash & Oak are ground floor, 2
 bedroom cottages with one walk-in
 wet room, and a family bathroom.
    Chestnut & Walnut are both 3
   bedroom cottages, each with a
  ground floor bedroom with an en-
       suite walk in wet room.

  Lake View Cottages, as the name
   suggest, are ideally located in a
   prime position over looking the
  tranquil lakes, and benefit from
 being next door to each other. Both
 cottages have outdoor seating and
private hot tubs, so if you are after a
  more luxurious break then these
       would be ideal for you.

 Yew Tree which stands alone, has
 everything you need for a holiday.
 Yew Tree is a detached 2 bedroom
cottage, full of character boasting a
 log burner, free WIFI, an enclosed
front garden and a private hot tub.

Lodges
 There are currently 6 lodges on site, all of which are luxurious, well equipped
 and have been designed to meet the exacting requirements of today's diverse
clients who want more from their holiday accommodation. Our Lodges are two
  and three bedrooms, sleeping 4 or 6; with each lodge having stunning views
   over the lakes, countryside or children's play area. Each lodge has a fully
 equipped kitchen, a TV in the lounge and bedrooms, enclosed decked area or
                           patio and private hot tub.

Badgers Den and Breeze Lodge are both our flagship high specification luxury
lodges (Not pet friendly), having everything you need to make your holiday a
                              little extra special.

  Daisy and Poppy are the perfect base for family breaks exploring the East
 Coast, having everything you need for a comfortable stay. Daisy and Poppy
each have two bedrooms (1 x double, and 1 x bunk bed) and are ideally located
   with views over the lakes, in close proximity of the children's play area.

 Dovecote is ideal for those wishing to holiday with friends, having 2 king en-
 suite rooms with a modern open plan living area. Dovecote is our only lodge
                      with an undercover sunken hot tub.

Samphire is located next to the Dovecote and is our only 3 bedroom lodge with
  a double room, a twin room and a third bedroom with full size bunk beds.
Samphire offer a modern open plan living area, with views over the park and
                                 countryside.
Bedrooms
The luxury bedrooms are perfect for
   a night away for every special
occasion, visiting family in the area,
or even just a night away from your
 daily routine. The bedrooms can be
     booked on a nightly basis*.

We have a variety of Super King and
Family/Twin rooms, with private hot
   tubs or pet friendly rooms with
  enclosed patio areas. (For those
  bringing the dog we recommend
      bringing a crate/cage.)

    The bedrooms have the highest
 quality en-suite facilities, some with
 walk in rain forest showers. Each of
   the bedrooms are equipped with
   designer furnishings, sumptuous
carpets and modern décor; all have a
seating area, both inside and out. The
 rooms are equipped with hot & cold
air conditioning, 43" smart TV's, mini
   fridge, freshly laundered robes,
 fluffy towels and tea/coffee making
facilities. The room rate also includes
  a full Lincolnshire breakfast in our
     brasserie style Stables Bar &
               Restaurant.

Grange Farm Park does not only offer
   holiday's but we also have a small
newly developed ownership area. We
 are one of the very few sites locally
  which offer a 12 month holiday site
 licence, which means you can enjoy
   your holiday home as much or as
    little as you like all year round!

in the countryside whenever you feel
  the need to escape from the hustle
   and bustle of your daily life. The
coastal location of Grange Farm Park
      is ideal for those who want
     to enjoy the seaside towns of
Mablethorpe and Sutton-On-Sea and
 also for those who want to enjoy the
   cultural heritage of Lincolnshire.

 Ground rent starts from £2900 per
    year, which includes ground
maintenance. Mains gas, electric and
 water are all metered connections
    and are billed twice a year.

town of Sutton-on-Sea just 2 minutes

                                                       Sandilands
                                            There are three Sandilands Holiday
                                             Cottage Bungalows ideally located
                                             next door to each other. They each
                                           have living/dining room/kitchen and
                                           two bedrooms: one double bedroom,
                                           one twin bedroom, the bathroom has
                                          shower over bath and toilet. All of the
                                          Cottages have gas central heating and
                                            electricity. Bed linen and towels are
                                            included. Each cottage is equipped
                                               with two flat screen Freeview
                                            TV/DVDs (one 32", one 22"), electric
                                          cooker, microwave, washing machine
                                            and free Wi-fi. There is parking for
