What’s the difference?
• Giclées feature borderless images created with vibrant, full spectrum
fade-resistant inks and a high-resolution technique. We use archival
textured FSC paper with a matte finish
• Art Prints retain borders, and are printed using vivid, dye-based inks
• Stretched Canvas offers dimensionality with a 1 ½" gallery profile edge
• Matted Art Prints have a 1 ¾" double mat, white with a black reveal. They
fit into standard frames; the measurement includes mat (for example an
8" x 10" print fits in an 8" x 10" frame.)

TERMS & POLICIES:
1. Terms: For all new accounts, terms extended are generally net 30 days. Acceptance of company check,
or Net 30 terms requires Lantern Press’ approval of your credit application. Please allow 2-3 weeks for credit
application processing. All accounts will be charged $20 for returned checks. A 1.5% late payment fee may be
applied for every month invoices are not paid within agreed terms.
2. Prices: All prices in catalog are in US Dollars and are effective as of January 1, 2023. Prices may change
without prior notice. You can see current prices before you confirm your order. All products will be shipped at
the price in effect the date the order is placed.
3. Minimum Orders: Minimum opening order for new accounts is $500. The minimum for reorders is $300.
Item quantity minimums apply as shown in the catalog.
4. Order Status: You will receive confirmation via email when your order ships. Please ensure the contact
information on your account is accurate. If your order has not shipped by the ship date specified on your order,
please contact Customer Support. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on back-order, we may split the order.
5. Order Cancellations and Changes: Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Lantern Press. If you are not
satisfied with your order, please let us know within 10 business days of receiving your order.
All products at Lantern Press are print-on-demand. Cancellations are approved on a case-by-case basis
and must be requested within 10 business days of customer confirmation of the order. Please ensure you
have selected the correct images and product before submitting your order. Please carefully review all order
confirmations to make certain the correct product has been selected
6. Damaged or defective goods: We strive to securely package all shipments to avoid breakage, but we
understand items arrive damaged from time to time. If you receive any damaged product in your order, please let
us know. We will need to know the style, quantity, and image number of the broken items. Please include photos
if possible. If a package is visibly damaged upon arrival, please return to shipper. A damage claim will be filed,
and a replacement order will be sent as quickly as possible. Damaged or defective items will be replaced with
no shipping costs. If you receive the incorrect items in your shipment, please note the style, quantity, and image
on the product before contacting support. We will pay all shipping costs if the product needs to be returned to
Lantern Press. We may ask to have the product returned to us. Please let us know within 10 business days if
you received damaged or defective goods.
7. Partial Shipments: Lantern Press strives to ship complete and on time whenever possible. In the event that
any item is not available to ship within your ship window, we reserve the right to partially ship orders and backfill
the remaining items. Backorders ship under the same terms as the original shipment.
8. Returns: All sales are considered to be final. Defective or incorrect shipments should be reported within
5 days of the customer’s receipt. No credits or returns will be honored without a return authorization number
obtained from Customer Service. Packages without prior return authorization will be refused.
9. Refused Orders: A 15% return fee, plus cost of freight both ways may be added for all refused orders.
Orders will be reshipped at the customer’s request.
10. Forms of Payments: Lantern Press accepts the following forms of payment – Visa, MC, AMEX & Company
checks. COD is not available. If the customer’s credit card payment is declined, Lantern Press will notify the
customer within 48 business hours. The customer has five (5) business days from the date of notification to
arrange for alternate payment before the order will be canceled or restocked.

11. Overdue Accounts: We do not process orders for accounts that are overdue, and they will not be
processed until the outstanding balance has been paid. Lantern Press will notify the customer within 48
business hours if an order is being held due to an overdue balance. The customer has (5) business days from
the date of notification to make payment and prevent a delivery delay of an order.
12. ALL CUSTOM OR NAMEDROP ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, unless they have arrived damaged, incorrect
or missing. Refunds will not be granted on accounts with balances due unrelated to damaged, missing
or incorrect items.
13. Minimum Quantities: Please note, there is a minimum purchase per product type for every item in our
catalog. It is the customer’s responsibility to order the minimum quantity per style. Lantern Press reserves the
right to increase all quantities to meet the minimum per style without prior customer approval if the increase
does not exceed 10% of the original order. Please contact customer service for a complete list of minimums.
14. Custom Art minimum order requirements: We do not charge art fees for custom artwork when order
minimums are met. Instead, we have minimum order amounts for each type of custom art requested (name
drops, art changes, custom illustrations). If the product order total does not meet the specified minimum order
amount for custom art, or if excessive rounds of revisions (3 or more) are requested, additional fees may apply
at the discretion of Lantern Press. If a customer continues to request custom art and continues to not meet the
minimum order amount, we reserve the right to not continue to create custom art for that customer.
15. Custom Illustration Cancellation: If custom illustrations are cancelled after the sketch has been approved
by the customer to proceed to final art, or if custom illustrations are cancelled after the final artwork has been
created or an order is not placed within 90 days that meets the custom illustration amount, Lantern Press may
invoice the customer for the custom illustration amount, to be paid Net 30 days.
16. Copyright Ownership: Lantern Press maintains the copyright of all images created by Lantern Press. All
images we create are not able to be reproduced without our consent. When custom images are free of other
intellectual property, we reserve the right to offer them to other customers and/or make available on our retail
platforms or adjust them in order to do so. We understand that it is important for some customers to have
exclusivity to images. In some cases, we can grant exclusivity to your images for a designated amount of time.
