Set in the heart of West Sussex, LEONA RDSLEE LAKES & GARDENS is the perfect location for your special day, with its romantic landscapes and a breath-taking 19th century Mansion. Our beautiful country estate boasts stunning formal and ornamental gardens, a number of lakes, extensive woodlands, local wildlife and the odd Wallaby as well. The majestic 19th Century mansion offers the perfect setting for a stylish wedding ceremony and reception or other large celebrations. We have a capacity of 80 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast and 150 for the evening reception.

Get ready to say “ I do” Choose from one of our several historic rooms available for the bride and groom to get ready before walking down the aisle. Our rooms make for a picture-perfect location with large windows letting in natural light while showing off our magnificent Grade I listed gardens. Our rooms are large enough for full-frame photos where the bridal parties and VIP family members may feature with ease. Ceremonies THE ATRIUM The central Atrium offers a historical and sophisticated setting for any wedding ceremony. With beautiful tiled floors beneath intricate cornices and grand staircase which open up to the second floor of our Grade II listed Mansion House. This venue is suitable for wedding ceremonies and welcomes up to 80 seated guests. THE DRAWING ROOM The Drawing Room in our Grade II listed Mansion House provides an elegant canvas with its neutral colour scheme and marble fireplaces. The beautiful crystal chandeliers, which reflect natural light from the large glass windows, add a touch of glamour. This venue welcomes up to 80 seated guests. THE LAKESIDE The Lakeside provides a magical location for a special blessing filled with romance. You can declare your love surrounded by friends and family in our Grade I listed gardens. This venue is available for blessings only as it is not licensed. Couples are welcome to use this venue after visiting the local registry office to be officiated. Evening Reception The Leonardslee Mansion House transforms into a magical setting for evening receptions. The central Atrium offers mood lighting and perfect acoustics for a live band, DJ, or for speeches that you will remember for a lifetime. Attached to the Atrium is the Drawing room and Bar, where there is plenty of space for up to 150 guests. Dance the night away with family and friends to draw your special day to a close.
Wedding Breakfast Set in the beautifully grand Leonardslee Drawing Room, your wedding breakfast will be perfectly lit with breath-taking views over the gardens and adjacent vineyard. Historically used to entertain visitors, this stunning room can entertain up to 80 seated guests for your perfect wedding breakfast. Create your menu from the below selection and join us for a complimentary menu tasting for two.
