2018 FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION PACKAGE - Interstellar Rodeo
I NTERSTELLAR R ODEO
   EDMONTON • JULY 20-22, 2018

2018 FOOD VENDOR
APPLICATION PACKAGE
Interstellar Rodeo launched in Edmonton in July
2012, and took the city by surprise with its top to
bottom excellence, thoughtfulness, and audience-
and-artist-oriented ingenuity. For six years now,
festival goers have been impressed and delighted
with the unique music-and-wine twist, and
Interstellar has made good on its promise to deliver a
“VIP experience” to all ticket buyers.

Once again this year, Interstellar Rodeo will bring
to the Heritage Amphitheatre, the highest caliber
of international and Canadian musical talent. Past
headliners include: St. Vincent, Jason Isbell, Alabama
Shakes, Steve Earle, Father John Misty, Serena
Ryder, Tanya Tagaq, Elle King, Buffy Sainte-Marie
and Lord Huron, and this year’s line up, which
will be announced early in 2018, will be certain to
amaze.

Festival organizers will again engage local wine and
brewery partners bringing the wine pairing concept
to life, and the audience will once more be thrilled
to experience the difference a fully licensed festival
grounds makes. Locally-minded food trucks ensure
Interstellar’s emphasis on quality at every turn, sip
and bite. With Interstellar Rodeo, Edmontonians
are recalibrating their expectations of what a music
festival experience can be.
