Our Story
      FunTimes Magazine was first published in Liberia in 1992.
      Its mission was to bring cheer to weary Liberians embroiled
      in a brutal civil war. It has grown from a 12-page pamphlet
      to a glossy 100-page full color magazine.

      FunTimes is the go-to magazine of record for African
      American, Caribbean, Africa and its Diaspora in the Mid
      Atlantic area.

      Once we moved to the Philadelphia, PA area, we
      determined that there was a huge gap in the marketplace,
      and repurposed FunTimes to fill that gap. Since then, the
      print magazine has grown into a readership of more than
      58,000 each issue.

      While it is possible to reach audiences of color in the
      mainstream press, FunTimes is still the best vehicle to
      engage, influence and activate them. Since the founding of
      this publication, we have built a level of trust that extends
      to our advertising and marketing partners, who have direct
      access to niche communities and the broad audiences of
      consumers of color.

      Subscribers pay attention to the advertising in FunTimes
      because they know that our advertisers care enough about
      them and respect their buying power/acumen enough to
      target them specifically through a Black-owned publication.

Frequency
Fun Times Magazine publishes bi-monthly, six editions annually. It appears at the distribution points on the 15th
of the months of January, March, May, July, September, and November. We occasionally print special editions
and pull-out sections.

WAIVER Advertisers will indemnify FunTimes Magazine and its publisher from any suits and claims arising from their
advertisement, its contents and including any infringements. Rates and availability are subject to change and FunTimes
Magazine is open to strategic partnerships and opportunities.
