• To order merchandise and program shirts, please submit an order form (available on the
Deadly Choices portal) and send to DCMerchandise@iuih.org.au
• When your order is received, the IUIH team will collate with other orders and send to the
relevant supplier. We will then receive artwork approvals to sign off.
• Delivery timeframes are from the time the artwork approval is sent to the supplier, not when
you send your order in. As such, please factor in a buffer of 1-2 weeks + delivery timeframe
when considering when to order your merchandise and shirts.
