SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA UNIVERSITY TICKET OFFICE
Southeastern Louisiana Athletics is implementing mobile ticketing as the primary source for securing
tickets for the 2020-21 season. All tickets should be purchased in advance and will be available via e-
mail or text message in a PDF format for fans to download on their phone or print at home. Tickets can
also be downloaded to Apple Wallet.

2021 GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The State Meet Bulletin is for your benefit. Please read and make sure all necessary parties receive the
correct information concerning the event.

General admission price is $13 per game, per person. The stadium will
be cleared after each game to sanitize under COVID-19 protocols. Ticket
sales will be available online via the SLU ticket office. Tickets will also
be available at the Strawberry Stadium Ticket Office on the day of the
event at Gate # 1 if available.
Admission
There is no re-entry during a game.
No Coaches/Officials Cards will be accepted at the LHSAA Pass Gate.
(must purchase a ticket)
There will be parking available at the rates below:

COACHES INFORMATION
CATEGORY DATE/INFORMATION
Team roster information must be submitted on the official roster
form located under Forms & Downloads on the soccer page of the
LHSAA website. Rosters, team photo and school logos must be
emailed by Friday, February 12, 2021. Team photos must be

Home Team The higher seeded team shall be the home team.
Four (4) officials per game will be used and are assigned by the
Officials
LHSAA.
The athletic trainer coverage will be provided by Louisiana
Trainers Orthopedic Specialist and Tulane. All participating schools must
provide their own tape.
All field and team bench personnel must be affiliated with the
team in an official capacity. Passes/Wristbands must be worn at
all times. (Participants must attach participant badge to their
bags.)
Benches, tables, trashcan along with Powerade and water will be
provided. No utility carts will be allowed on the playing surface
at any time.
Sidelines
Sideline items shall not be in conflict with Baden and Powerade.
Spectators will not be allowed on the field at any time prior to,
during, or after the game. There will be no exceptions to this
rule.
All players and team personnel associated with the team must
remain within their bench area.

Two (2) dressing rooms will be available. It is recommended that
Dressing Rooms all teams arrive dressed for the game. The teams will not return to
the locker rooms after the game, so all personal belongings must
be removed.
Team hosts will be provided for each participating team in the
championships. The host will contact the schools once finalists

are determined. They will answer any questions the
schools/coaches will have.
RomaPics will be at the tournament Wednesday through
Saturday to take team and individual pictures prior to the start of
each match and also for the award presentations following each
match.
Team & Individual Pictures
Teams are required to meet the photographer at the designated
photo area at the scheduled time listed. Teams must be in
uniform.
Coaches Hospitality No Hospitality due to the COVID-19 virus.
The Baden Perfection Thermo Soccer Ball (FIFA approved) will be
Game Balls used in all championship matches. Game balls will be provided
by the LHSAA. Teams must provide their own warm-up balls.
It is the responsibility of each team to leave the locker rooms in
the same condition in which they were occupied. A pregame and
postgame inspection of the locker rooms will be performed. Any

damage or missing items will be replaced at the expense of the
school. Training facilities will be located outside of the team
locker rooms in a designated area.
The Strawberry Stadium Field is an artificial turf – UBU Speed
Series. Metal cleats are not allowed on the playing field at any
Playing Surface time.
No gum, sunflower seeds, tobacco products or other food
products will be allowed on the playing field at any time.
Following the completion of the game, award presentations will

begin on the field. Both teams are required to participate in post-
game presentations.
All-Academic Presentations The All-Academic awards will be mailed to the school.

STATE CHAMPIONSHIP

Buses must drop off teams in front of the Team Pass Gate (Gate #2)
Buses located on Northwest side of the Strawberry Stadium. Team buses will
park in a designated area. Parking for 1 team vehicle will be provided.
Each team will be allowed 34 personnel to enter. The 34 includes
coaches, players in uniform, managers, trainers and statisticians.
Team Entry
No Exceptions.
Teams will be allowed to warm-up in their respective “thirds” of the
field. All teams warming-up MUST refrain from entering the “Middle
Pre-Game Warm-Up
Third,” during this time, as post-game presentations will be occurring
simultaneously.

All schools are responsible for the actions of their students and fans.
Unauthorized items will be taken up at gate.
6.24 PROHIBITED ITEMS
6.24.1 Authorized pep bands shall not be permitted to play at any
time and in any manner while the ball is “alive.”
6.24.2 Laser beam light devices shall be prohibited at all LHSAA
contests.
Prohibited Items 6.24.3 A coach, player, and/or bench personnel shall be prohibited
(Please inform boosters, fans and from throwing/placing any foreign substances on the competitive
support groups) surface and out-of-play areas (including locker rooms, hallways, press
rooms, etc.) prior to, during, and/or after playing of any game.
Substances to include but not limited to all liquids, powders, confetti,
glitter, dirt, sand, grass, and streamers. Schools not adhering to the
Prohibited Items Bylaw could be fined up to $250 per incident.
6.15.3 State Championship Souvenir Sales - A school shall be
prohibited from selling any shirts, caps, or other souvenir items
connected with an LHSAA state championship event bearing the
LHSAA’s logo and/or the tournament name or logo without written
permission from the Executive Director. A school found in violation
of this bylaw shall be fined $1,000.

CATEGORY INFORMATION
All Band Members MUST enter together through the Team Pass Gate
(Gate 2) in uniform and accompanied with one Faculty Sponsor to
enter free of charge.
Any band members NOT with their group upon entering will be
required to pay full ticket price.
Pep Bands
Band members will remain in the stands.
Must contain the normal instruments that are consistent with a
regular band.
All cheerleaders MUST enter together through the Team Pass Gate
(Gate #2) in uniform and accompanied with one Faculty Sponsor to
enter free of charge.
Cheerleaders Cheerleaders will remain in the stands.
Any cheerleaders NOT with their team upon entering will be required
to pay full ticket price.
• Must be in good taste and illustrate good sportsmanship.
• They may not block the view of spectators.
Spirit Signs • No duct tape or scotch tape may be used in hanging banner.
• May be on paper or cardboard and may have shiny surface.

MEDIA/SCHOOL YEARBOOK

MEDIA
Request media credentials online by visiting the Media Credential link on the LHSAA website. You can
find the link to the credential application at lhsaa.org -> affiliations -> media resources -> apply for
credentials. For further assistance, contact Vincent Cacioppo, LHSAA Director of Communication and
Media Relations at vcacioppo@lhsaa.org. All credential requests must be submitted by the deadline. The
deadline for soccer media credentials is February 22nd at 12 pm.
SCHOOL YEARBOOK
A school representative (principal, administrator, athletic director, and/or coach) must complete the online
form and request credentials by 4:00 PM on Monday, February 22nd at 12 pm. The purpose of the “School
Yearbook/ Newspaper” credential is to permit a complimentary entrance into the event for which the
person is gathering information. If the request is granted, one tournament pass will be issued for a yearbook
and/or newspaper staff member with proper school identification. A maximum of two credentials will be
issued to each school. These credentials will be granted to either two students or one faculty member and
one student. No exceptions. All school media must either be current faculty or current students.
Photos taken during an event may not be sold or used in any capacity outside of the purpose(s) of their school’s
yearbook and/or newspaper. The LHSAA has an exclusive photography contract with RomaPics.
RADIO/INTERNET BROADCASTING
The fee per game is $150 with included LHSAA Sponsor Reads.
TEAM FILMING AREAS
There are two media stands located in the bleachers. Teams are allowed to film in one of those two locations
Only one videographer, per school, will be allowed to utilize the media stands. Please request a media
credential. This video may only be used for film purposes. Any/ all video cannot be repurposed,
redistributed or streamed live or tape delayed. Illegal use of video/ pictures will result in a $5,000 fine and
a one year suspension of media credentials for that school.

CHAMPIONSHIP PHOTOGRAPHS RomaPics is proud to be the official
photographer of the LHSAA. Please stop by
their booth in the gymnasium to order
photos. Action photos will be photographed
on a first come, first serve reservation basis.
Due to the number of lanes and participants,
you must reserve a photographer in advance
if you want action photos. Photos will be
available for viewing shortly after your
athlete’s designated heat and will be printed
on site. RomaPics will also have photos
available to purchase on site of the All-
Academic recipients, MVPs, state runners up,
and state champions.
