2021 Pool Opening Pricelist
Base in ground opening: $420 (up to 22’x44’) (#12000)
Includes:
o Remove, fold and roll of the cover o Assemble/reassemble filter
o Remove winter hardware o Startup of system
o Install in-season hardware (excludes diving o Check for proper operation
boards) o Add initial dose of shock
o Spray debris off of deck o All other chemicals are NOT included
Includes second/follow up visit which includes:
o Cleaning the filter
o Full vacuum of pool
o Follow up visit roughly 1 week after opening, up to 1 hour
o Time past 1 hour is additional charge of $45 per half hour (#12022)
o Customer must add water between opening and return visit if water level is too low
Base above ground opening: $300 (Sizes 12’-24’ round, 12’x17’-15’x30’ oval) (#12001) $350 (Sizes 27’ round,
16’x32’ oval and larger) (#12002)

• $90/hour to remove water and debris from solid covers that are not cleared off (#12022)
• $25 to remove old covers/old equipment (#12027)
• Specific upcharges for difficult or complicated pools to be determined by technician

o Blow out lines o Add anti-freeze (when necessary)
o Using gas compressor o All other chemicals are NOT included
o Single pump systems o Pool must be clear for service
o Additional pumps – see below If pool requires cleaning, the one-time
o Cleaning of the filter (cart. or DE) cleaning fee will apply

Weekly maintenance: $85 per week, $110 every two weeks
Includes:
o Vacuuming o Emptying of skimmer and pump baskets
o Skimming o Photo documentation of serviced pool
o Chemical testing o Maintenance is roughly 40 minutes a week
o Brushing (if needed) • Minimum of 30 minutes
o Chemical adjustments and additions • Maximum of 1 hour
• Using customer’s chemicals FIRST o Pool must be clear to start
• Supplied chemicals added to invoice o See below to add a stand-alone spa to
o Filter cleaning (when needed) maintenance
o Emptying of cleaner bags
One Time Pool Cleaning: $120 an hour (#12019)
Includes:
o Vacuuming o Chemical adjustments and additions
o Skimming • Using customer’s chemicals FIRST
o Chemical testing • Supplied chemicals added to invoice
o Brushing o Photo documentation of serviced pool
o Filter cleaning (when needed) o No Pre-service inspection required
o Emptying of cleaner bags
o Emptying of skimmer and pump baskets
Add on/extra charges for Weekly Maintenance:
• Additional $3/mile, one way, after first 25 miles, from the closest starting location – Amherst NH store

• $45/half hour, minimum half hour, if excessive debris cleaning goes over included hour (#12022)
• $25 to remove old covers/old equipment (#12027)
• Chemicals from our stock will be billed additionally to customer
• Specific upcharges for difficult or complicated pools to be determined by technician
• $10/weekly (#12033) or $20/biweekly (#12034), to add stand-alone spa for routine cleaning with pool

Includes instruction/review of:
o Pump operation o How to adjust chemicals
o Filter operation o How to add chemicals
o When to maintenance filter and pump o Safety Tips
o Skimmer/Auto cleaner baskets o Lessons are roughly 60 minutes
o General cleaning practices • Minimum of 40 minutes
o ‘Emergency’ shut offs • Maximum of 90 minutes
o Chemical Testing o Pool/spa must be running and clear to start
• Using customer’s home testing method
Add on/extra charges for Pool/Spa Lessons:
• Additional $3/mile, one way, after first 25 miles, from our Amherst NH store location (#12021)
• Specific upcharges for difficult or complicated spas and pools – determined by technician
• These lessons are intended for residential pools and spas. These lessons are not intended to direct,
instruct or otherwise guide the running of any commercial pool, including condo associations, housing
developments, hotels and resorts.
Pump and Filter Repairs: $140 per hour (#9042)
• General pump and filter repairs and troubleshooting, not listed as a flat rate on the next page
• One hour minimum, starting when technician leaves the Amherst NH store location
• Only $90 per hour if you purchased the equipment from Seasonal (#9039)
Residential Labor Rate: $140 per hour (#12024)
• Defined as any pool at a residential address for private use by occupants of that residence only
• Only $90 per hour if you purchased the equipment or pool from Seasonal (#12023)
Commercial Labor Rate: $200 per hour (#12025)
• Defined as any pool at a commercial, shared, association or industrial address for open use for the
public or members

• All services are based within 25 driving miles of either our retail store or service home base location
• Additional mileage will be charged for services outside this mileage range

o Brushing (if needed) o Check over of equipment/operation
o Chemical testing o Maintenance is roughly 30 minutes a week
o Chemical adjustments and additions • Minimum of 20 minutes
• Using customer’s chemicals FIRST • Maximum of 45 hour
• Supplied chemicals added to invoice o Spa must be running and full to start
o Filter cleaning (rinsed)
Spa Drain and Clean: $250 (#12029) $200 for Spa purchased at Seasonal (#12028)
Includes:
o Run Serum through system o Chemical testing and adjustments
o Draining of water • Using customer’s chemicals FIRST
• Designated area needs to be available • Supplied chemicals added to invoice
o Cleaning of spa surface o Photo documentation of serviced spa
o Chemical filter cleaning o Spa must be running and full to start
o Refilling of spa
Spa Winterization: $300 (Kit Search - Service) $250 for Spa purchased at Seasonal (Kit Search - Service)
Includes:
o Shutting spa off at breaker o Lines blown clear
o Draining of water o Cover secured
o Equipment drains removed o Spa wrapped in tarp
Add on/extra charges for Spa Service:
• Additional $3/mile, one way, after first 25 miles, from the closest starting location – Amherst NH store

• Chemicals from our stock will be billed additionally to customer
• Swim spas, or spas over 500 gallons, see service manager for pricing
• Specific upcharges for difficult or complicated spas - determined by technician
