January 8-28
Week 1 (January 8-14) FAMILY
Monday- Marriages
  ●   Pray for your marriage and/or the marriages in your family:
         ○ Father, thank You for the spouse You have blessed me with. (James 1:17)
         ○ Help me to be forgiving and tolerant towards my spouse. (Colossians 3:13)
         ○ Teach me to love my spouse unconditionally. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
         ○ May my spouse fulfill Your plan for his/her life. (Jeremiah 1:5)
         ○ May my spouse and I seek You first before any other thing. (Matthew 6:33)
         ○ Teach us to depend on Your power through every difficult moment we face
             together. (Ephesians 1:19)
         ○ Help me bridle my tongue and not say hurtful things to my spouse. (Colossians
             4:6)
         ○ Help my spouse and I not to yield to any temptation that may come our way. (1
             Corinthians 10:13)
         ○ Separate my spouse and me from every evil company. (1 Corinthians 15:33)
         ○ May Your peace reign in our home. (Philippians 4:7)
Tuesday- Parents and Children
  ●   Pray for the relationship between parents and children in your family:
         ○ Pray that parents would keep an eternal focus. (Micah 6:8)
         ○ Pray for the Fruit of the Spirit to be evident in the way we treat each other.
             (Galatians 5:22-23)
         ○ Pray that the relationships between parents and children would be strengthened.
             (Ephesians 6:1-4)
         ○ Pray that parents would not grow weary, but would persevere and finish strong.
             (Isaiah 40:28-31)
         ○ Pray that our families would be salt and light in our community. (Matthew 5:13)
         ○ Pray that we would recognize God as the source of our security. (Psalm 121)
Wednesday- Restoration of broken relationships
  ●   Pray for the restoration of broken relationships in your family:
         ○ That we would be humble- Show our love by being tolerant of each other.
             (Ephesians 4:2)
         ○ That we would offer forgiveness as God has forgiven us. (Ephesians 4:32)
         ○ That we would be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. (James
             1:19)
         ○ That we would have patience and remain in prayer. (Romans 12:12)
Thursday- Those without a family
  ●   Pray for those in our community who do not have a family:
○   Those who are childless, but wish to have a child.(Psalm 113:9)
         ○   Those who are widowed. (James 1:27)
         ○   Those who are orphaned or in foster care. (Psalm 68:5)
         ○   Those without a father figure in the home. (Hosea 14:3)
         ○   Those who feel alone and need a family to care for them. (Psalm 68:6)
Friday- Healing
  ●   Pray for those who need healing:
         ○ For those who need physical healing. (James 5:14)
         ○ For those who need emotional healing. (John 14:27)
         ○ For those who need spiritual healing. (1 John 1:9)
Saturday- Lost Family and Friends
  ●   Pray for those you know who need salvation:
         ○ That their eyes would be opened to their need for a Savior. (Acts 26:18)
         ○ That they would not tarry in accepting salvation. (2 Peter 3:9)
         ○ That we would be diligent in praying for those who are lost. (1 John 5:14-15)
         ○ That we would be witnesses to those around us and lead them to the Lord.
             (Matthew 9:38)
Sunday- Church Service- Pray for our Families

Week 2 (January 15-21) CHURCH
Monday- Pastors, Staff, and Elders
  ●   Colossians 1:9-10 “For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not
      ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in
      all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the
      Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the
      knowledge of God;”

Tuesday- Men & Women
  ●   Pray for our men:
         ○ That they would be godly men. (Acts 13:22)
         ○ That they would be men of prayer.
         ○ That they would be men of courage. (2 Samuel 10:7,12)
         ○ That they would defend those who need justice. (Proverbs 31:8-9)
         ○ That they would be humble. (1 Peter 5:5-7)
  ●   Pray for our women:
         ○ That they would be of noble character. (Proverbs 31:10-12)
         ○ That they would care for the needy. (Proverbs 31:20)
         ○ That they would speak with wisdom. (Proverbs 31:26-31)
         ○ That they would mentor the younger women. (Titus 2:3-5)
Wednesday- Youth & Children
  ●   Pray for the youth and children in our church:
         ○ They would know God’s Word and accept His salvation. (2 Timothy 3:15)
         ○ They would know the Love of God. (Ephesians 3:17-18)
         ○ They would be obedient to God’s Will and Plan for their life. (1 John 2:1)
         ○ Their safety and protection. (Psalm 91)
         ○ They would honor their parents. (Ephesians 6:1)
         ○ They would have favor, wisdom, and learning. (Daniel 1:4,17,20)
         ○ They would have no fear. (2 Timothy 1:7)
         ○ They would know that Christ is their strength. (Philippians 4:13)
Thursday- Favor in Building Plans
  ●   James 1:5 “​If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously
      to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you.”
  ●   Psalm 90:17 “​Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us; And confirm for us the work
      of our hands; Yes, confirm the work of our hands.”
          ○ Pray that we would settle the master design.
          ○ Pray that we would obtain the necessary permitting.
          ○ Pray for favor with Oconee County for building.
          ○ Pray for a positive roll-out with the church.
○   Pray that we would begin construction late-Spring to early-Summer.
         ○   Pray for financial provision.
Friday- Community Outreach
  ●   Matthew 5:14-16 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
      Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand,
      and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before
      others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

  ●   Matthew 28:18-20 “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
      Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father
      and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have
      commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Week 3 (January 22-28) NATION & WORLD
Monday- Our local and state leadership
  ●   1 Timothy 2:1-2 “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and
      thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may
      live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”
          ○ Governor- Nathan Deal
○   Lieutenant Governor- Casey Cagle
         ○   State Senators and Representatives
         ○   Georgia Supreme Court
         ○   Local Mayors
         ○   Local County Board
         ○   Local County School Board
         ○   Local County Judges
         ○   Local County Sheriff and Deputies
         ○   All other elected and appointed officials
Tuesday- Our nation’s leadership
  ●   Romans 13:1 “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no
      authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been
      established by God.”
          ○ President Donald Trump
          ○ Vice- President Mike Pence
          ○ Senate and House of Representatives
          ○ Supreme Court
          ○ All other elected and appointed officials
Wednesday- Military
  ●   John 15:13 “Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends.”
         ○ Pray for their safety regardless of their location
         ○ Pray for their families whom they may be away from for extended periods
         ○ Pray for those injured - that they would recover and thrive
         ○ Pray for the officers and NCOs to have the wisdom they need to lead well
Thursday- Police, Fire, and First Responders
  ●   Psalms 82:3-4 “Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the
      afflicted and the destitute. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand
      of the wicked.”
           ○ Their Safety
           ○ Their Peace
           ○ Their Wisdom
           ○ Those they may harm
           ○ Those that may harm them
           ○ Pray for their families (they have a high marriage failure rate)
           ○ Pray for those they protect
Friday- Revival in our Land
  ●   2 Chronicles 7:14 “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and
      pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and
      will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
           ○ Pray that hearts would be softened towards God and His Word would flow freely
           ○ Pray that His love and gospel would permeate all areas of government, schools
               and social media
○   Pray that social media would carry His truth and hope to those living in darkness
         ○   Pray that God would use us where we are to start locally, boldly and passionately
             sharing His good news with our community
Saturday- Peace in America, Israel, and World
  ●   1 Timothy 2:1-2 “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and
      thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may
      live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”
          ○ Pray that the church will be a leader in bringing peace in America, Israel, and the
              World.
          ○ Pray for revelation of lies, hatred, and evil plots that are set to divide and bring
              anger instead of healing and peace.
          ○ Pray for bold leaders both elected and in communities that will seek unity and
              peace God’s way.
          ○ Pray for the peace of Jerusalem as they seek recognition as the capital of Israel.
          ○ Pray for peace around the world that opens the door for God’s Word to be
              shared.
          ○ Pray for His Kingdom come, His will be done, in the Earth as it is in Heaven.
Sunday- Church Service- Pray for our Nation & The World
