The TREC discipline was born in france more or less 30 years ago from
the need to make agonistic some stages of equestrian tourism
The set of these countries, (ONTE) led by France, establishes the In-
ternational Fédéational Equestrian Tourism Federation, where the
TREC discipline, together with equestrian tourism, is internationally
recognized.

HOW TO REACH
For those coming from north:
1) Motorway A1, exit at ORTE. Follow the state Route for Viterbo, ignore
both Viterbo exitsand follow the direction for Rome, Vetralla, Via Cassia.
Continue along the Via Cassia and passing Vetralla and Cura di Vetralla,
turn right at the cross road for Bracciano, Via Braccianese Claudia. Pass
Veiano, Oriolo Romano, Manziana. Exit at Manziana and follow the turn-
ing to the right for Aeroporto Savini Sasso- S.S. 1 Aurelia. Follow the in-
dications for Tenuta Santa Barbara
2) From the Genova-Livorno Motorway A12. Continue along S.S. 1 Au-
relia for Civitavecchia. At Civitavecchia take the motorway for Fiumicino
as the Santa Severa-Santa Marinella exit. Follow the S.S. 1 Aurelia, to-
wards Rome, as for as the 47,200 Km turn left at Furbara towards Sasso-
Manziana, Aeroporto Savini- Bracciano. Continue for about 11 Km fol-
lowing the directios for Tenuta Santa Barbara.
For those coming from south:
A1 motorway, as far as the exit Roma Sud Follow the A12 Fiumicino- Civi-
tavecchiamotorway as far as Cerveteri-Ladispoli exit. Follow the state route
Aurelia, Towards Civitavecchia, for 7 Km then turn right at the crossroad
for Furbara, at 47,200 Km, towards Sasso- Aeroporto Savini-Manziana-
Bracciano. Continue for about 11 Km following the indications for Tenuta
Santa Barbara.

PARTICIPANTS
Young riders world championship
Participants must be between the ages of 16 and 21 in the calendar year
Nations will have to respect the following quotas (numbers)
A total of 6 riders maximum for every single discipline
4 per team (the top 3 scores count) - 2 individual
The host country is allowed to double these quotas

Submit before July 10th 2018
The judge must be approved by his/her NETO and certified by the FITE.
The organizer will confirm the registration of the judges according to
the needs of the organization. There is no maximum number of propo-
sed judges, we will reserve us the final choice when we will have a com-
plete picture. The organization will take in load the judges from the
evening of Wednesday 29th August to the morning of Sunday 2nd Sep-
tember.

REGULATIONS AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
This championship is organized according to the international TREC
regulations of the FITE. Registration means that the participants accept
the regulation of the FITE. Participants register under their own respon-
sibility or that of their legal representatives.
The organization board declines any responsibility in case of accident.
Veterinary control doesn’t guarantee the good health of the horses and
will not pledge the responsibility of the organization.
Authorized to participate to the world championship for young riders
end European open championship for seniors: 12 riders for each nation
(6 young riders and 6 seniors), 4 of them will take part in the team
ranking. Minimum age required for young riders on the day of the event
is 16 years old. Maximum age is 21. The organizing NETO may register
6 more individual riders for each category.
Horses must be minimum 6 years old and be of minimum 1m30 shoul-
der height. They must be duly vaccinated against equine flu, according
to the regulations of the FEI (less than6 months) and legally identified
(electronic microchip and national or international passport.
INSURANCE
Every rider or horse owner is responsible for any damage caused to a
third by himself/herself, his/her employees, his/her helpers, as well as
his/her horse. It is highly recommended to every participant or horse
owner to subscribe to an insurance covering the civil responsibility, ex-
tended to international events.
22PASSPORT OF HORSES
The FEI passport is not compulsory if the horse is duly identified with a mi-
crochip and a national passport with the following information: Identification
diagram - Owner’s details- Vaccinations against equine flu, according to
the FEI regulations.
VACCINATION
To be considered vaccinated against equine influenza, every equine
must have been:
1) primary vaccination consist of two injections of influenza vaccine
separated by an interval of time between 21 and 92 days.
2) Subsequent reminders such as injection interval does not exceed
twelve months.
3) And whose vaccinations date of less than six months.
The day of competition None of these injections must be made within
7 days prior to arrival at the competition stables.
SANITARY CERTIFICATES
Each competitor must show the sanitary certificates, required for the
transport of the horse to the place of the event , during the control of
identification of the horses. In case the horse originates from a E.U coun-
try , a sanitary certificate for horses registered according to the annex B
of the 90/246 valid rule. In case the horse originates from a third coun-
try, a sanitary certificate for horses registered according to the annex 2
of the valid decision of the Commission 92/260. The certificate must
be written in an official language of the country of destination and in an
official language,of the country of origin. The organizer will take care
that the necessary documents for the return transport will be establi-
shed according to the regulations. They will be certified by the official
veterinary of the event before the departure of the delegations.

Rules and instructions of the FEI will be applied.
