RULES
1 -PARTICIPATION
Open to all professional and amateur photographers, regardless its na onality, except
the members of the board of directors of AFM (Photographic Associa on Miradas of
Ceuta), and its rela ves
2 - THEME
The contest consists of three sec ons:
A-Monochrome
B-Colour
C-Travels (monochrome and colour)
A maximum of 4 photographs may be submi ed by subject. The technique will be
completely free, except for the restric ons established by the FIAP regula ons for each
of the issues. The same photograph can not be submi in each theme.
Authors who do not comply with all the condi ons of par cipa on, and/or who did not
pay the registra on fees, their works will not be valued by the Jury.
BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPHY FIAP DEFINITION (MONOCHROME):
A work in black and white, going from light grey (white) gray to very dark (black), it is a
monochrome work with di erent shades of grey. A work in black and white, tack en -
rely to a single color will be deemed a monochrome work, being able included in the

category of white and black; this work may be reproduced in black and white, in the
catalogue of a Salon under FIAP patronage. By contrast, black and white work modi ed
with the addi on of a color or a par al shi , it becomes a work in colour (polychrome),
and must appear in the color category; this work should be reproduced in colour in the
catalogue of a Salon under FIAP patronage.
TRAVEL DEFINITION:
Travel photo should express the feeling of a me and place, portray a country, its peo-
ple, or a culture in its natural state, and it has no geographical boundaries. The rst
plans that lose their iden ty, shots of models in study, or photographic manipula ons
that distort the true situa on or alter the contents of the image, are unacceptable in
travel contests.
It is not allowed to move pictorial elements, clone, add, delete, change of place or
combine. It is also not allowed the manipula on or modi ca on, except frame, cu ng,
correc on of lights, focus and restore the color in the original image. Any arrangement
should appear natural. Only digital les will be accepted.
3 – IMAGES SUBMITED
The images must be submi ed in JPG format, and whose maximum size will be 3000 in
horizontally and not more than 2000 ver cally, with a resolu on of 254 pixels, not ex-
ceeding the 2 Mb. Recommending the SRGB color space.
The award-winning photographs will remain property of the Photographic Associa on
Miradas of Ceuta for its library. The Photographic Associa on Miradas of Ceuta reser-
ves the right of play them freely to (catalogues, posters, press, reports, etc.), non- non-
pro t and always quo ng the name of each author.
Entrants cer fy the authorship of his works and are fully responsible for that there are
no rights of third par es, as well as all claims for rights of image of the works presen-
ted.

4 - REGISTRATION AND SHIPPING
The registra on will only be through the pla orm to do so through the Internet.

The image les, must be iden ed only with the tle of the work.
5 - REGISTRATION FEES
The registra on fees will be 22 €, regardless of the number of submi ed photos, and
payment only by Paypal.
6 - AWARDS
Honor Award 1.000 €, Pin blue FIAP and III Trophy "Pepe Gu érrez", to the best au-
thor of the Hall, which will be who get larger number of photos accepted.

8 - NOTIFICATION DE RESULTS
Each author will receive email informa on from the result; it will also be published on
the website of the contest, the photography winners and nalists in each theme
9 – CATALOGUE
It will be published a catalogue in PDF with the award-winning works and a large num-
ber of works of all par cipants.

11 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Par cipa on in this contest implies the acceptance of all and each one of the bases of
the contest and the nal verdict of the jury. Any case not provided for in these bases
will be resolved by the Organiza on.
NOTES: With just present your images or les to a low lounge FIAP patronage, the par cipant
agrees without excep on and without objec on to the images presented by the FIAP can be
inves gated to establish whether these are due to the regula ons of the FIAP and de ni ons,
even if the par cipant is not a member of the FIAP; FIAP will use any means at its disposal to
this purpose; any refusal to cooperate with the FIAP or any refusal to submit to les original,
capture by the camera, or lack of su cient evidence, it will be sanc oned by the FIAP and in
the event of sanc ons as a result of the failure to comply with the regula ons the FIAP, the
name of the par cipant will be released in any useful way to inform of breaches of the rules.
The EXIF data intact submi ed les is recommended in order to facilitate possible inves ga-
ons.
