• This acquisition brought well known formulas such as Alcare Plus®, Cal Stat® Plus, BactoShield®,
CV® Medicated Lotion Soap, Kindest Kare®, Soft ‘N Sure® and the Coverage® disinfection brands into
the Deb Group
• The STERIS Hand Hygiene and Surface Disinfectant business was integrated into DebMed, the
healthcare division of the Deb Group in order to provide added products focused on infection prevention
