A wide variety of sports and opportunities await you during your
winter holiday here in Alta Badia.
Cross-country
38 km cross-country skiing through the Dolomites. The Cross-Coun-
try Centre Alta Badia-Enervit, one of the two cross country areas in
Alta Badia, is situated in San Cassiano. At the foot of the Conturines,
Lavarella and Settsass massifs, 23 km of tracks lead you through the
overwhelming winter countryside. A comfortable service centre with
ski school, ski rental and restaurant-cafè can be found at the start
of the tracks.
Dolomites Nordic Ski
Badia is part of "Dolomiti Nordic Ski", Europe's biggest cross-coun-
try ski carousels. 1000 km of cross-country tracks await you in South
Tyrol.
Ice skating
Ice-skating has a long tradition in Alta Badia. Already at the end of
the 50ies, locals and guests spent enjoyable moments ice-skating
and curling on the iced Sompunt Lake.
Snowshoe hiking
More and more guests are ever more inspired about active winter
holiday experiences away from the slopes. Snow shoe walking in the
untouched countryside is a truly unforgettable experience! 80 km of
first class, well signposted trails also await you for challenging winter
walks and Nordic walking tours.
