Second term 2021
Clubs will start the week commencing 11th January until the week commencing
22nd March 2021. No clubs during the week commencing 1st March /Los talleres
empezarán la semana del 11 de enero hasta la semana del 22 de marzo 2021. No
habrá talleres la semana del 1 de marzo 2021.
Please note that for some clubs there are a minimum number of pupils required
and a maximum. / En algunos talleres tiene que haber un mínimo de alumnos y un
máximo.
Monday / Lunes

Arts and Crafts
Casa 4/5 with Ancsa Hohol €90 term/trimester
Ancsa will do arts and crafts with the children using different materials, like paper, plastic, etc. /
Ancsa hará arte y artesanías con los niños usando diferentes materiales como papel, plastic, etc.
Ballet
Lower Primary 7 with Carla Graziosi €90 term/trimestre
Carla is an experienced Ballet teacher and Ballerina. She is also a coach and free time monitor. In
this club she will introduce the children to ballet, which for her is a beautiful art form where
feelings can be channelled in a healthy, positive and creative way. / Carla es una experta professor
de balet y bailarina, también es coach y monitor de tiempo libre. En este club introducirá a los
niños en el mundo del ballet que, para ella, es una herramienta que rebosa de arte y belleza, y al
mismo tiempo un medio para canalizar emociones de manera sana, positiva y creativa.

Drama club
Lower Primary 6/8 with Gonzalo Fernándoz €90 term/trimestre
Theatre as a channel to express feeling and a way to communicate emotions, improvisation, mime
and the development of the voice as instruments to create our own work that we will perform at
the end of the club. / El teatro como canal para expresar sentimientos y como vehículo para
comunicar emociones, la improvisación, el mimo y el desarrollo de la voz como instrumentos para

Yoga for children
Upper Primary with Ivette Kirchhuebel €90 term/trimestre
Introducing your children to yoga at an early age can help them learn healthy lifestyle habits and set
the foundation for a fit future. Ivette worked many years on the island Sylt in Germany in a hospital
of naturopathy medicine where we combined medicine with Yoga and Pilates. She teaches different
yoga classes, for example Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga and Therapy, Yoga for Kids, Yoga for Pregnancy. More

Fun physics
Secondary with Leandro Safra €90 term/trimestre
(16h15-17h15h)
Come on board to the Physics knowledge! I assure you, it can be fun and needy everywhere,
somehow someday in your life. Have you thought how a photographic camera works or if we could
build our own flashlight using electricity knowledge, even the reason of why the white colour is
white? Have you heard about Newton and his studies about light? Would you like to understand a
little bit? We will create and build some simple experiments applying Physics knowledge. At the
end, students will be able to understand some phenomenology related to the Natural World and
experiment with them. The teacher might ask to bring/buy some materials to complete the
projects.
Leandro Safra is a teacher of physics with a Master in Nuclear Materials. He has a vast teaching
experience of over 15 years. Leandro is truly a fan of the new technologies applied to education and
science teaching and an enthusiast of the Maker Environment and DYI (Do it yourself).
Ven y subete al mundo de la física, te aseguro que puede ser divertido y necesario en algún
momento de la vida. ¿Has pensado alguna vez cómo funciona una cámara fotográfica o cómo
construir tu propia linterna? ¿Has oído hablar del trabajo de Newton sobre la luz? ¿te gustaría saber
un poco más? Crearemos y construiremos algunos experimentos relacionados al conocimiento de la
física. Al final del trimestre, los niños podrán comprender un poco más algunos fenómenos
relacionados al mundo natural. El profesor pedirá que compren o traigan algún material para
completar los proyectos.
Leandro Safra es profesor de física con una maestría en Materiales Nucleares. Tiene una vasta
experiencia en enseñanza de más de 15 años. Leandro es un verdadero adepto a las nuevas
tecnologías aplicadas a la educación y a la enseñanza de ciencias y un entusiasta del mundo

Miquel has attended an AMI Montessori Football Introduction Workshop, organised by Montessori
Football and presented by Ruben Jongkind ( CEO Global) He has 10+ year experience as a football
trainer and as a semi-professional player and trained under the RFEF (UEFA A and UEFA B) and FA.
Miquel ha realizado un curso de AMI Fútbol Montessori, organizado por “Montessori Football” y
presentado por Ruben Jongkin (CEO Global). Tiene más de 10 años de experiencia como entrenador
y como jugador semiprofesional. Tiene formación de RFEF (UEFA A y UEFA B) y FA.
Robotics
Upper Primary with Tecnoaprendo €90 term/trimestre
A la robótica con Lego WeDo 2.0, sumamos a los alumnos de a partir
de 9 años, Robótica con Lego Mindstorms. Además, enseñamos a
programar con Drones; con las aplicaciones Scratch, Tynker, Lightbot,
The Foos, y con los robots Dash & Dot.

Catherine will be playing indoor traditional games with the children in the classroom

Children will start with basic sewing projects. The teacher might ask to bring/buy some materials to
complete the projects.

Adriana has been teaching dance for over 15 years. For her dance is a way of therapy to integrate
the emotional, mental and physical bodies. In the club she will introduce children to different styles
of dances. / Adriana enseña danza hace más de 15 años. Para ella la danza es una terapia que
ayuda a integrar los cuerpos emocional, físico y mental. En el club introducirá a los niños a
diferentes estilos de danza.
Modern Dance
Secondary with Adriana Rodríguez €90 term/trimestre
(14h30-15h30) Díaz del Real
Adriana has been teaching dance for over 15 years. For her dance is a way of therapy to integrate
the emotional, mental and physical bodies. In the club she will introduce children to different styles
of dances. / Adriana enseña danza hace más de 15 años. Para ella la danza es una terapia que
ayuda a integrar los cuerpos emocional, físico y mental. En el club introducirá a los niños a
diferentes estilos de danza.
12AFTER-SCHOOL
CARE CLUB
The after-school care club will go from Monday 11th January until Tuesday 30th March 2021. No club
the week commencing the 1st March 2021. The timing for this club is Monday to Thursday, from
3.30pm until 4.30pm and Fridays from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
To keep up with the bubbles already at school, children will be kept within their own bubbles so we
will have parent helpers helping with this club.
Fruit will be available for children to snack on.
Prices for this term:
• Ad-hoc session : €6 per day
• If you child attends 1 day a week for this term: €55
• If you child attends 2 days a week for this term: €110
• If you child attends 3 days or more for this term: €165
Sibling attending the same day will get a 50% discount.
Children that are picked up late at end of normal school day, they will join at 3.45pm the after-
school care club and there will be charge of €6 for the session.
El club irá a partir del lunes 11 de enero hasta el martes 30 de marzo 2021. No hay club la semana
del 1 de marzo. El horario del club es de lunes a jueves, de 3.30pm a 4.30pm y los viernes de 1.30pm
a 2.30pm.
Para guardar las burbujas que ya tenemos establecidas en el colegio, los niños se quedarán en sus
propias burbujas, por lo que tendremos padres voluntarios ayudando con este club
Habrá fruta para los niños.
Precios de este trimestre:
• Sesión esporádica: €6 por día
• Asistencia de 1 día por semana este trimestre:€55
• Asistencia de 2 días por semana este trimestre: €110
• Asistencia de 3 o más días este trimestre: €165
Para hermanos que asisten en el mismo día tendrán un 50% de descuento.
Los niños que no hayan sido recogidos al final de la jornada, 3.45pm, asistirán a este club y tendrá
un cargo de €6 por sesión.
