March 1. These eggs would be incubated in hopes of obtaining chicks to be made available at
the event. (Leslie Linderoth, 719 S. Highland Drive, Kennewick, WA 99337)
> Fertile Hatching Eggs (obtained from exhibition quality stock) to arrive to Leslie on, or
about, April 7th. These eggs would be placed in the youth only raffle on April 7th.
> Adult Birds (exhibition quality). Healthy Single pullets, Pairs and Trios of exhibitor quality
bird to be placed in the youth raffle or auction to arrive no later than 9:00 a.m., April 7, 2017.
NOTE: On Day of event, Please do not donate more than 10 chicks / birds of one breed and
variety. All birds must pass a health inspection.
To make this a little more fun, the donated birds will be judged and a cash prize will be awarded
to the Best Donated Large Fowl and to the Best Donated Bantam… along with a huge “THANK
YOU” from everyone for helping to make the ALL THINGS POULTRY EVENT possible.

The Serama is the smallest breed of chicken currently recognized in the Standard.
These multicolored birds are originally from Malaysia where they are shown on the
table top.
Seramas at this TT show will be judged by SCNA rules.
1. White and Black American Seramas are the currently recognized breed in the APA/ABA Standard.
Exchequer, Blue or other varieties that are anticipated to have APA/ABA approval in the near future, should be
entered in either the OPEN or YOUTH shows (double or single entries) where they will be displayed in the
main show areas and cage judged. They may also show TT. Please complete the show entry form in full for
these birds. Seramas entered in Open shows MAY NOT be entered in Table Top competition and MUST follow
all rules applicable to those shows.
2. All other Varieties of Serama will be Table Top judged. Traditional, Ayam, frizzled and silkied. The show
entry form for TT Seramas should be entered as follows:
Breed – “Serama - Table Top”.
Sex – “Cock/Cockerel/Hen/Pullet”
Entries in description field are for exhibitor’s benefit only! We will also offer a Prospect Class. This class is for
young birds of any sex 2 months to 6 months that you would like evaluated and judged. TT fee is $5.00 per
bird unless otherwise noted. Exhibitor fee of $5.00 must be paid in all cases. The bird’s leg band number must
be shown on the entry form. Once entered and paid, there are no refunds.
3. Leg band numbers are required in order to keep Table Top competition in order.
Hands off judging will be used, in accordance with the SCNA adopted procedures. More information here:
http://www.scnaonline.org/standards-and-judging.html. Do not interrupt, converse with the judge or officials,
or interfere in any way during the TT judging. Limit conversations with others to areas away from the TT
judging. Questions or concerns during the TT Show should be directed to the Serama Show Superintendent.
ONLY BIRDS ENTERED IN THIS SPECIFIC TT COMPETITION ARE ALLOWED AT THE SERAMA TT SHOW AREA ! Do
not bring other birds into the TT judging section either from your crates or cages etc. or from the Sale Area.

The type and size of the box or cage built for a specific bird will be judged.
The inside finished product will be judged:
o Consideration of the door size for the size of fowl,
o Comfort in traveling, space, etc.
The box is very important to the condition of the birds that arrive at the show. The bird
should be able to travel to a show in comfort which will help reduce the stress of traveling and
arrive without broken feathers, bruised combs and other travel mishaps.
The box or cage must be handmade by the contestant.
Photographs must accompany the entry showing the contestant building the box.
The box must be clean and ready for display during the contest.
If the box is used to transport your birds, clean it BEFORE entering it in the contest.

Contestants will come to the registration table to check in and have their birds “health” inspected
BEFORE birds enter building.
It is advisable that each exhibitor have their birds tested for Pullorum-Typhoid (PT) prior to the show. Birds that have not
been tested before are subject to blood testing by the state vet soon after judging.
> Prohibited from show: any bird that has been in or through an area under quarantine in the 60 days prior

> Birds MUST be cooped-in by 9:00, April 7th to be eligible for judging.
> It is the bird owner’s responsibility to feed & water their birds (Don’t feed or water other’s birds).
> Nothing may be placed in or around show cages without the approval of the show committee.
> The show committee reserves the right to remove birds showing signs of disease or parasites.
> Evidence of faking will result in all of the exhibitor’s entries barred from competition and entry fees forfeited.
> No one shall handle birds except the birds’ owner, the judge or a member of the show committee.
> Your participation constitutes your agreement to hold harmless the Leftovers 4-H Club and Benton Country
Facilities from claims and losses, however caused.
9:00 a.m. - the doors open for the general public, No Dogs (or other animals not related to the show) in showroom.
* Door Prizes: To be eligible one must sign in @ registration table. Drawings will occur and be announced
throughout day. Winner must be present to claim prize.
* Raffle: PLEASE donate some raffle items!!!
There will be a fun drawing at the show; everything from knick-knacks to food.
The drawing will be Saturday, April 7th, immediately following 4-H Only raffle draw.

NASCLUCK Racing Rules
1. The contest is open to any that have birds entered in their
respective shows that can stand properly inside the racing lane.
2. A racing team shall consist of: the owner, and a starter. Owners
are responsible for getting their own help to race their birds. No
adult participation is allowed (unless it is the “Adult’s” class).
3. No member of a racing team shall stand or move alongside the
track within 3 feet after the birds have been released at the start
line.
4. The owners are expected to teach their racers to come to them at
the finish line by whatever training method works. ie: food,
treats, clickers, etc. NO Food Maybe Dropped onto race track,
No loud noises, clapping or poking will be allowed.
5. A bird that is obviously aggressive is not suitable for racing.
Should aggression be displayed at race time the racers for that
heat will be run separately to determine a winner. The run will be
timed. Aggressive birds may be removed from a bracket at the
discretion of race management.
6. An owner forfeits their right to race if they fail to check in at race
time. If an owner is unable to be present for their heat, they may
delegate another team mate to run their bird.
7. If neither of the “racing” birds has completed the course within
TWO (2) minutes that contest automatically ends….No winner.2 Minute Time LIMIT per race.
