Venue Hire Inclusions. Setup time from 10am with 8 hours "Wedding Time". We recommend starting from 4pm in summer months. 1x Wedding Rehearsal Wooden Chairs and Dining Tables Kitchen with Ice Machine and Fridges Security Cleaning Post Event Soundsystem for Speeches & Background Music Alcohol Licence Venue Coordinator for Planning and Wedding Day Assistance
Important Details. Venue Hire The venue will open from 10am for setup and venue hire includes 8 hours of "Wedding Time" until midnight. Capacity Ceremony Only - 200 guests, Seated Reception Only - 160 guests, Cocktail Style Capacity - 300 guests Glasshouse can also host both the Ceremony and Reception all in the same space. Beverage Charged on consumption or BYO for $28pp. Your catering team will provide all bar staff including a Duty Manager. PA System The venue can provide you with a microphone and basic sound system for your ceremony and speeches. We recommend a DJ or band if you want great dance music. Music/Entertainment We love a good boogie on the dance floor! Bands and DJs are absolutely fine to book however we do ask that acoustic drum kits and subs are a no go. Cultural performances with drums/hand drums are absolutely welcome.
Food & Service. We are excited to announce that Glasshouse will be launching new in-house food and beverage packages from February 2021. These will include staffing and food & beverage packages. Once launched in February 2021, these will be sent to you directly. Alternative Catering Options: Should you wish for catering outside of our Glasshouse offering, you can choose from any of the 4 catering teams below to provide food and staff. How To Book? Every couple is unique and special and we want your wedding to reflect that! Use Glasshouse as your blank canvas to create your wedding day masterpiece. Bookings require a 50% deposit on confirmation with the remainder of venue hire due the month before your wedding along with any food and beverage charges that may apply.
