A LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER

August at The Lodge & Club is a month full of activities, but we will Emmett and Natasha Hicks

Executive Sous Chef, Jerome Mack! Pete Peterson & his team have just
completed an exhaustive search and we are pleased to announce that
Chef Jerome has joined the Lodge & Club culinary team. Jerome has
had extensive experience from some of the finest properties in England, Shuttleworth Park,
D’Parys Hotel, and Laws Hotel and received his culinary certification from Le Cordon Bleu.
We are extremely excited to have Chef Jerome join The Lodge & Club, please be sure to
introduce yourself!
