1. A deposit of £10 per person, or £25 per person for any accommodation package, is
required within 10 days of making your provisional reservation to confirm your booking.
2. The deposit is non refundable and non transferable to other goods or services within the
hotel. Please ensure your party are aware of this policy.
3. Tickets for the Pantomime are payable in full, within 10 days of making your provisional
booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Deposits must be paid within office hours of 8:30am till 6pm Monday to Friday.
They can be made in person or over the phone.
5. All final balances are due by Friday 15 November.
6. In the event of a cancellation, balance refunds can only be made with 14 full days notice
(initial deposit is non-refundable)
7. All balances should be paid in full by the party organiser. Part payments by individual
guests will not be accepted.
8. All bookings made after the 15 November will only be accepted with full payment.
9. Any timings for events in this brochure are subject to Licensing Board approval and can
be changed at any time without prior notice.
10. Table arrangements and seating plans will be at the discretion of hotel.
Parties of eight and under may be accommodated at a party table (party nights only).
Parties over 12 may be seated at two tables.
11. All prices include VAT at 20%.
12. The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel reserves the right to change any menu,
entertainment or programme as printed without prior notice to the guest.
13. Children’s rates apply to Pantomime lunch/dinner and Hogmanay Family Party only.
14. Children under 18 cannot be admitted to the Christmas Party Nights. Where children’s
reductions are available there must be one paying adult for every child.
15. The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel reserves the right to cancel events in which case
