Belfast Courthouse granted permission to be
redeveloped as a hotel
Planning permission has been granted for the renovation of Grade B+ listed Crumlin Road
Courthouse, a landmark building in the heart of Belfast.
This will mean that this iconic building will be restored and redeveloped into a luxurious hotel,
with 50 bedrooms, a stunning bar and restaurant, wedding and events facilities and a
luxurious spa generating over 150 jobs for the City of Belfast.
Part of the hotel is due to be opened as early as autumn 2019. SCP have been integral in
assisting with the internal layout of the site and the creation of safe access points for vehicles
and pedestrians.
