Situation
Bonhams Farm is situated approximately 0.75 of a mile from
the centre of Holybourne. Within Holybourne is a post office/
shop, public house and primary and secondary schools.
Alton has a mainline station to London Waterloo and a good
selection of shops including Waitrose and Sainsburys, as
does the Georgian town of Farnham. The larger regional
centres of Basingstoke, Winchester and Guildford are all
within easy driving distance. The area is well served by a
number of independent schools including Alton School,
Lord Wandsworth College, Edgeborough, Frensham Heights
and St Swithun's. There is easy road access via the A31, A3
and M3 into London. The surrounding rolling Hampshire
countryside provides many miles of public footpaths and
bridleways.

believed to date back to the late 17th century through to the
