WHO ARE WE?
Waterloo Region’s Business & Education Partnership (BEP) is a charitable
organization founded in 2002 to prepare Waterloo Region youth for the future
                                  of work.

We do this by creating opportunities for local employers to inform, inspire, and
              positively influence student’s career development.

By connecting students, educators, parents, and employers, we contribute to
                student success and community prosperity.

WHY CARE?
Are you an employer whose industry needs more skills and talent?

Perhaps a parent or teacher who has the difficult job of preparing young minds to be
                       independent, resilient and motivated?
Maybe you are a student yourself, trying to make sense of today, let alone tomorrow.
