THE DECK.
Located next to core restaurant and bar. Overlooking Liverpool Street, experience
a vibrant social event, lunch or dinner on THE DECK, our outdoor semi-covered and
heated space that looks towards Mt Wellington.
THE COURTYARD.
One of the most versatile event spaces on our property. You can design every
element of your event from the ground up with a large open air courtyard with a
on-site retro caravan and the stunning outline of Mt Wellington as a backdrop. From
a laid back cocktail affair, with the sunlit space dotted with wine barrels and casual
stools, to an exclusive Tasmanian whisky tasting served out of the caravan or perhaps
a long table feast nestled under festoon lighting - the options are only limited by
your imagination.
CHEF’S TABLE.
An exclusive semi-private dining experience in core restaurant and bar. Hosted
by one of our talented chef’s, hear stories of their culinary journey whilst feasting
on local Tasmanian produce. This dinner can be tailored to complement your
special occassion.
