Please note that our tariff is calculated by calendar day and not for a 24 hour
period. Parking for 9 consecutive days up to 15 days: R540. Thereafter an
additional R30 per day applies.

OUR COLLECTION PROCEDURE

•   When departing please proceed to the Domestic/ International Departure terminal where our driver will meet
    and greet you, complete the Memorandum Of Agreement.

•   On collection AND delivery the client has to accompany our driver to identify and verify the condition of the
    vehicle. Once satisfied the client signs off on the Memorandum Of Agreement.

•   You, as client must complete the vehicle’s kilometres reading as well as the level of your fuel, as indicted on
    the Memorandum Of Agreement.

•   On your return to OR Tambo Airport, please proceed to the Domestic Departures terminal of the Airport.

•   In the event that you have not paid in full during booking the balance payment will be paid to the driver or
    a copy of your invoice if you hold an account with Bridge Parking.

•   Payment must be done in FULL before the vehicle will be released to the client.

•   INTERNATIONAL or DOMESTIC (Depending on your flight): Our friendly staff will collect your car in front of the
    Domestic Departure Entrance of OR Tambo International at the time you requested. Your car will be delivered
    in front of the Domestic Departures (Terminal B), where it was collected. Due to flight arrivals sometimes
    being delayed and also that waiting at the curb is limited to 5 (five) minutes we request that you give us a call
    as you step off the aircraft. This will ensure that we will be waiting for you at the curb outside the terminal
    as you exit.

•   A cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the bill will be payable to Bridge Parking if a booking is not
    honoured and it was not cancelled at least 12 hours beforehand. No refunds will be done if booking is
    cancelled after 12 hours have transpired. It is Management’s prerogative to decide if fee is to be refunded.

•   If the LOW FUEL light in your vehicle is on, we provide you with R100.00 worth of fuel which amount will be
    added to your bill. An additional R50.00 (service fee) will be added to your bill as well.

•   An additional fee of R50.00 (fifty rand) is payable to Bridge Parking for any pick-ups or deliveries between
    the hours of 22:00 and 05:00.
