QT BALLROOM
The QT Ballroom is located on the ground floor and features 6 metre high ceilings and a total floor space of 598 square metres. Fitted with wireless hi-speed internet
access as well as state-of-the-art facilities, the QT Ballroom and Ballroom Foyer offers a completely private and self-contained space, reserved guest amenities and
private outdoor terrace. The Ballroom can be split into three even thirds (Pipeline 1, 2, Maui) and for the smaller break out rooms Maui can convert into another three
smaller rooms. The adjacent Ballroom Foyer has an abundance of natural light flooding in from it’s atrium ceilings for your guests to refresh themselves during breaks
or pre dinner drinks.

SUNSET ROOM + LOUNGE
Located on the 1st floor is the Sunset Room and Sunset Lounge. The Sunset
Room can be broken down into Sunset Room 1 and Sunset Room 2 for
breakout spaces.
Flooded with natural light, the Sunset Room offers treetop views over the main
driveway and dazzling city lights in the evening. The main room features a
wooden ceiling that was designed to complement a neutral palette, so your
preferred style can be the hero. With a long corridor from the Sunset Lounge,
to the Sunset Room provides the perfect red carpet arrival or exhibition hall.
The Sunset Lounge is ideal for trade displays or tea breaks, providing a
spacious catering area for your guests.

THE GREEN Hosting up to 150 guests, The Green typifies QT Gold Coast’s relaxed sense of luxury. Designed by longstanding collaborator and celebrated designer, Nic Graham, the 185 square meter outdoor space contrasts bright tropicana textiles with a minimalist white and ivory palette and QT’s signature crisp black and white stripes, all set amongst an oasis of lush greenery. Sitting alongside the brand-new pool, The Green is the setting for events that will transport guests to where they’d rather be. The space features a central bar, modgrass, a 3.5m LED screen, festoon lighting, state-of-the-art audio visual and chic new furniture. The new precinct radiates relaxed-luxe on its own, or can be transformed for special occasions and brand moments. THE MEZCAL
Bold, sleek and very boutique. Creatively charged, this is a sophisticated
party playground like no other. Boasting a Miami resort style, this chic space
oozes character and intrigue. Rattan furniture, eclectic décor and signature
QT tones, this intimate space is perfect for welcome drinks, cocktail parties,
product launches and more. Dance into balmy nights at neighbouring
Stingray Lounge bar, for a cheeky late night spot for the cocktail and tequila
enthusiasts.
Catering up to 60 guest’s cocktail-style, suitable for both corporate and
social occasions.

Located on level 2 of the hotel, the Longboard Room is a dedicated executive
Gold Coast Boardroom. Whether you’re reviewing the budget, brainstorming
the next big thing or wheeling and dealing – the Longboard Room is for getting
down to business.
Front and centre is the mahogany boardroom table, with large leather seats,
LCD screen and the latest conference technology completing the set up. The
space also boasts large outdoor patio, ocean views and a private bathroom –
making it an all-inclusive VIP meeting space.
BAYWATCH
Idyllically positioned on level 22, the highest point of QT Gold Coast, the
Baywatch Room offers a spectacular venue for Gold Coast events.
Offering 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean, a private bar, catering
space, the latest conferencing technology, plus its own guest bathroom – the
Baywatch Room is a full-service space.

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the second floor of the hotel are the North
Break and South Break Rooms – some of the hotel’s most popular venues for
Gold Coast corporate meetings.
The North Break and South Break Rooms are primarily used for smaller
meetings, workshops or breakout rooms. Often events will be held in the North
Break Room with the interconnecting South Break Room providing additional
space for catering and breaks.
CLOUD BREAK
The Cloud Break Room is the newest Gold Coast meeting venue the hotel
has to offer. Located on level 2, with theatre style features, clean, modern
lines, a neutral palette and a splash of bold wall décor, the Cloud Break Room
is proving popular for intimate meetings and workshops– free from outside
distraction, this is a place to get things done.

Located on level 2 of the hotel, the Malibu Room and outdoor Malibu Terrace
provide a complete solution for intimate meetings or private dinner events. The
main banquet style space features a separate catering alcove at the northern
wing providing additional space for meal breaks or a private bar area.
The Malibu Room features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Malibu
Terrace, which itself incorporates the hotel’s kitchen gardens and iconic

SHORTBOARD
Located on level 1 of the hotel, Shortboard is an intimate and enthusiastic
space reserved for the fast-paced, go-getters who are ready to get down to
business. Immerse yourself in the start-up ambience with this new Board Room
designed to cater for short-term hire. Whether it’s a last minute meeting, a
play to escape the office or change of scenery to inspire innovation and ideas
– Shortboard is for you.
The Shortboard Room is fitted with a designer oak boardroom table,
contemporary chairs with stylish support, LED TV Screen, quirky feature wall
and boasts an abundance of natural light. This private meeting room can
comfortably seat up to 10 guests.
