 amended (the “Securities Act”), or any other securities law. The Interests will be
 offered without registration in reliance upon the exemption contained in Section
 4(2) of the Securities Act or regulations of the SEC thereunder for transactions not
 involving a public offering. Each prospective investor must be an accredited investor
 (as defined in Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act) and will be

United States, each Non-U.S. person must represent in writing, among other things,
that: (i) the Limited Partner is not a “U.S. person” as defined in Regulation S under
the Securities Act and is not acquiring an interest in the Fund for the account or
benefit of any “U.S. person”; (ii) at the time the Limited Partner executes and delivers
its subscription to purchase an interest in the Fund, the Limited Partner is outside of
the United States; and (iii) the Limited Partner will not engage in hedging
transactions with respect to interests in the Fund unless in compliance with the
Securities Act.

Fund Overview
 TCI PARTNERS, LP (the “Fund”) is a Delaware limited partnership
 formed on September 9, 2019. The Fund’s primary goal is to deliver
 consistent performance within a strategic risk management framework
 and to seek to outperform selected benchmarks in any market
 environment.
 The Fund will attempt to generate absolute returns of at least 10% per
 quarter by trading agricultural products such as rice, sugar and soybean
 as well as providing the transport, storage, packaging and delivering of
 such products to buyers in the international market.

Investment Strategy
The investment strategy of the Investment Manager is to identify
consumer and supplier markets for a particular agricultural product,
analyzing the best offers and conditions and follow closely the entire
trade process until the placement of the shipment is delivered at the
location designated by the customer.
By collaborating with local traders who are dedicated to specific
markets, the Investment Manager has built strong direct relationships
with refineries, growers and exporters in the Brazil, Thailand, and India,
and with importers in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

offers and conditions and follow closely the entire trade process until
the placement of the shipment is delivered at the location designated
by the customer. By collaborating with local traders who are dedicated
to specific markets, the Investment Manager and his partner have built
strong relationships with refineries, growers, and exporters in Brazil,
Thailand, and India, and with importers in Africa, the Middle East, and
Asia.

Management
Mr. Luis Miguel Flores, Managing Member of General Partner
Luis Miguel Flores is the principal and founder of Trading Core Investment LLC.
Mr. Flores was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. His career as an
entrepreneur began when he was 17 years old and continued on until he moved to
the United States in July 2004 and has been in business since then.
Having been around agricultural products his entire life, learning from his father an
Agricultural Engineer in the Dominican Republic holding positions for more than 20
years in the government, Mr. Flores has continued to increase his knowledge of the
import and export business.
From acquiring trade knowledge from his father and trade experience, Mr. Flores is
able to identify consumer and supplier markets for a particular agricultural product,
analyze the best offers and conditions and follow closely the entire trade process
until the placement of the shipment is delivered at the location designated by the
customer.
