perfect place to host a birthday party near a beach? We’ve got you covered! (Literally).
POA Members and guests can add to their summer fun on the water by renting
various watercrafts at The Marina at Lakepoint and at The Beach at Lake Avalon.

The Marina offers pontoon boats, a fishing/tubing boat, kayaks
and stand-up paddleboards for rent. New this season, tubes are
available with tow ropes for $20. A one-hour deposit is required to
make a reservation. Motorized boats at the Marina sell out quickly
so advance reservations are suggested and can be made by calling Sen

accompanied by a Member or show a Guest Card.
All boats at the Marina rent by the hour or for a four-hour block.
Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented by the hour, up to four
hours. The Marina is currently open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday
through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday through
Sunday. The Marina is closed on Mondays.
Junior Tennis Camp Dates
Session 2: July 12–15 | Session 3: July 26–29
Camps: Monday – Thursday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
These camps are open to all players, ages 6–18 years and for all
levels of ability-from beginners to tournament players. Camp fee

Aquatic Vegetation
Aquatic vegetation management has always been a double-edged

Members of the Board of Directors for their three year terms:
JB Portillo: JB has been a Bella Vista homeowner since 2005. JB
had a 30-year career working in accounting/budgeting, consulting,
government compliance, human resources, IT, and training.
Jan Hagan: Jan has been a POA Member since 2011. Jan’s
career includes: Principal at Mountain Empire High School in San
Diego County and Interim Executive Director at Mountain Peak
Charter School District.
