4. PERSONAL OUTREACH & MENTORSHIP
EPIC members are the priority for the association, so we visit you in person, to learn about your company and to connect
you with the right partners. We also offer a platform where you can request a personal mentorship with some inspiring
leaders in photonics.
Outreach – In 2019, we visited 190 member companies. In 2020, inspired by the traveling restrictions,
we launched the EPIC Virtual Company Tours. These tours are streamed LIVE on YouTube and stay
available for review afterwards, offering a great new way to introduce your company to the world.
