                               Session 1
Ensuring Equity Thrives with Student Voice

Presenters: One way to create an equitable environment
Maria Allen is to tie in ideas and concerns raised by
MO SW-PBS Regional Consultant, students. Attendees will explore resources on
Southeast RPDC how to establish a Student Voice Day, gather
student voice, and initiate reflective dialogue
Cindy Rodgers around the effectiveness of SW-PBS systems,
MO SW-PBS Regional Consultant, practices, and use of data. Then, as a SW-PBS
Southeast RPDC Team, working with students, the results will
be used to brainstorm possible options and
solutions to best address student ideas and
concerns. The most important step is finally
acting on those options and solutions and
working to create a place where equity
                                        thrives.
