A transfer service from the airport to your accommodation can be pre-booked with Brisbane, Qld, 4000
EC English. Alternatively, taxis and shuttle services are available at the airport. Australia
Please note that if you are staying with a host family, they do not personally provide
a transfer service, so this should not be requested.

Who will I meet at the airport?
The driver will meet you at your allocated luggage carousel if arriving on a domestic
flight, or at the arrival gate if arriving on an international flight. If your flight is Emergency Number (For use
delayed, cancelled or if you cannot find the driver holding the sign with your name outside of office hours only)
on it, please ensure you contact the driver on mobile 0439 763 969 immediately.In +61 412 501 933

What should I do if I cannot find the driver, if I have missed my flight or my flight is
delayed?
If your flight is delayed, cancelled or if you cannot find the driver holding the sign
with your name on it, please ensure you contact the driver on mobile 0439 763 969
immediately. In the event of an emergency, please call the EC Brisbane Emergency
phone number: 0412 501 933. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT.

What should I do if I haven’t booked an airport transfer?
Taxis and shuttle services or public transport are available at the airport. The
shuttle service schedules can be found on www.con-x-ion.com/services/brisbane-
airport-transfers or the train services on https://translink.com.au/
The Airtrain is a quick and easy option for getting to and from the airport. Brisbane
Airport is just 20 minutes by train from the city. Train services run every 15 minutes
during peak times and every 30 minutes off-peak periods. Airtrain also offers
express services to the Gold Cast and connects into the Queensland Rail suburban
network.
If you’re looking for a door to door transfer to and from Brisbane Airport, consider
using the Con-x-ion shuttle bus transfer service.Con-x-ion operates from both
Terminals with a pick and drop off service that goes door-to-door to dozens of
locations around Brisbane the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Tickets can be
purchased online or at the sales kiosk at each Terminal. To book visit the Con-X-ion

On day one, students meet all key centre staff, take a placement test to determine Campus tour
