STOKEHOUSE EXCLUSIVE EVENTS
Stokehouse can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated events and 270 for
cocktail events. All pricing is based on 120 guests for lunch or dinner and 150 guests
for a cocktail party. Additional guests to be charged on a pro- rata basis.
For the exclusive use of Stokehouse, the following features
are included in your total spend -
•    An all-inclusive food offering- either sit down style menu or stand up cocktail
     style menu
•    An all-inclusive beverage package to enjoy throughout the event
•    All tables, chairs and table linen, including white linen napkins

     for dinner

SERVICE FEE
For all events an optional 5% discretionary service charge is added to
your final account. Please speak to your Event Coordinator should you

charge is not included in the base spend.

DAMAGES
The client is financially liable for any damage to restaurant
property, fixtures or fittings whether sustained by their own
actions, or through the actions of their guests, contractors or
sub-contractors. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or stapled to
the walls, doors or other surfaces, including stickers and transfers, which
are part of the restaurant.

INSURANCE/PUBLIC LIABILITY
Stokehouse accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise,
equipment or personal articles left in the venue prior to, during or after
an event.
