        Ordered, That upon the disposition of H.R. 5305, the Senate proceed to executive session to resume
consideration of the nomination of Rohit Chopra, of the District of Columbia, to be Director, Bureau of
Consumer Financial Protection for a term of five years.
        Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on the Chopra nomination and the
nomination of Tracy Stone-Manning, of Montana, to be Director of the Bureau of Land Management, the
mandatory quorum calls required under Rule XXII be waived.
        Ordered further, That notwithstanding the provisions of Rule XXII, all post-cloture time on the
nomination of Jonathan Eugene Meyer, of Ohio, to be General Counsel, Department of Homeland Security be
considered expired, and that the vote on confirmation of the nomination occur at a time to be determined by the
Majority Leader, following consultation with the Republican Leader on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
        Ordered further, That if any of the nominations are confirmed on Thursday, September 30, 2021, the
motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, and the President be immediately notified of
the Senate’s actions. (Sept. 28, 29, 2021.)
