proceed to executive session and resume consideration of the nomination of Alison J. Nathan, of New York, to be
United States Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit.
         Ordered further, That at 11:45 a.m., the Senate vote on confirmation of the nominations of Jacqueline
Scott Corley, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of California and Fred
W. Slaughter, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California.
         Ordered further, That at 1:45 p.m., the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Nathan
nomination.
         Ordered further, That with respect to the motion to invoke cloture on the Nathan nomination, the
mandatory quorum call required under Rule XXII be waived.
         Ordered further, That cloture having been invoked on the following nominations, and if cloture is
invoked on the Nathan nomination, all post-cloture time be considered expired, and the Senate vote on
confirmation of the nominations at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, or his designee, following
consultation with the Republican Leader:

of California;
         Victoria Marie Calvert, of Georgia, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of
