How to help your child’s posture
Does your child spend too much time hunched over
their phone or tablet? Head, neck and back aches often
come from poor posture like keeping the chin dropped
to the chest for long periods of time.

     To help prevent poor posture:
     – Prohibit kids from using a laptop or mobile device
       while lying in bed.
                                                                                               Cohen Children’s was recently
