WINTER ACTIVITY CENTRE
From enjoying a traditional Canadian pastime on Lake Mildred to trying
a new form of skiing on one of our groomed trails, there’s an activity for
all ages to experience this winter season and our Winter Activity Centre
located at the Golf Clubhouse will help you find it!
SKATING ON LAKE MILDRED
Lake Mildred features a 1 Km round-the-lake oval and 4 hockey rinks for
pick-up games. Complimentary rentals of skates, helmets, hockey sticks
and pucks are available at the Winter Activity Centre. Skate sharpening
is also available.

Groomed cross country ski and snowshoe trails are set seasonally at
Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Cross country skiing is on Canada’s #1
Resort Golf Course with incredible views of Old Man and Pyramid
mountains. Snowshoe through the woods on marked trails towards Lake
Annette. You may even see some wildlife! Be sure to stop by the
Concierge to pick up a detailed map. Complimentary cross country ski
and snowshoe rentals are available through the Winter Activity Centre.
TOBOGGAN PARK
Grab a toboggan, tube or sled, and GO! Our brand new, groomed hill
is perfect for family fun. Complimentary rentals are available.
FAT TIRE BIKING
Enjoy one of Canada’s fastest growing winter sports, Fat Tire Biking.
Riding along the marked trail towards Lake Annette, returning by way
of Trefoil Lake, this is a great way to see the forests and mountains. Bike
rentals come with helmets. Rental rates apply for fat tire bikes.
Visit the Winter Activity Centre for additional activities and rentals, including
icers, downhill skis and snowboards. Plus find a great selection of
adventure-ready clothing, small gifts and souvenirs.

MALIGNE CANYON ICE WALK
The Maligne Canyon Ice Walk is one of Jasper’s most popular winter
tours! A knowledgeable and informative guide will take you on a 3.5km
walk through the frozen bottom of Maligne Canyon. Along the way you
will see frozen waterfalls, caves and other ice formations. Ice cleats
and boots are provided, dress warmly for the cold weather!

WILDLIFE DISCOVER TOURS
Travel by motor coach through the spectacular Jasper National Park
in search of ospreys, eagles, big horn sheep, mountain goats, wolves,
coyotes, foxes, moose, elk, and deer! Routes will vary based on
seasonal changes and the best places to spot animals.
Tours are 3 hours round trip, from pick-up to drop-off.

A fantastic way to explore the backcountry of Jasper National Park in
the winter! A knowledgeable and informative guide will take you on a
snowshoe trip on various trails. Route to be determined based on the
best trail conditions that day.

Join Rockaboo Mountain Adventures for an unforgettable experience
ice climbing! Trips run daily at 10:00AM, or private guided trips are

•All equipment included (boots, crampons, harnesses, axes, helmet).
