BIAW awarded its highest honors, Builder,
Associate, and Remodeler of the Year during
the association’s annual Installation and Awards
Ceremony held November 12 in Vancouver.
The HBA’s own LouAnne Neill of Neill
Construction Services, LLC was awarded the title
of BIAW Associate of the Year at the ceremony.
Neill has served on the HBA Board of Directors
nearly every year since 1997 and has been a
State Director since 2007. During her nearly two
decades as a member, Neill has devoted her time
and energy, serving on nine committees between
the HBA and BIAW. Neill currently serves as
BIAW 2020 Second Vice President.

well as multiple medical problems and treatment
of common injuries. Supplementary instruction
includes hand washing techniques, infectious
diseases, and medical legalities. Certification is New Code Class
good for two years.

HBA Office Closed to the Public
In Compliance with the Governor’s new COVID-19 restrictions, the HBA office is
closed to the public. The HBA staff may still be reached at 509.735.2745 and their
individual email addresses.
Necessary professional classes are still being offered in person with reduced class
sizes, mask requirements and additional safety measures in place. At this time other
meetings are not allowed at the HBA building.

Spike credits are earned by recruiting and retaining members.
CALENDAR OF EVENTS
To achieve Spike status you must earn six credits within two DECEMBER
consecutive membership years (Jan. 1 to Dec. 31). To retain 1 Board of Directors Meeting, 4:20pm
Spike status and become a Life Spike, you must earn a minimum 5 CPR/First Aid Class, 8:30am-Noon
of one Spike credit (new or retention) each membership year 11 CPR/First Aid Class, 8:30am-Noon
