INFORMATION

The 1st phase of the Spanish Cup Cross-Country Skiing will be held in Candanchú.
Competition: Spanish Cup and FIS Race.
Location: Candanchú, Spain.
Dates: Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th of January, 2022.
Individual results for each competition:

   − FIS Race.
   − Spanish Cup.
   − Regional Championships.

Organizers:
       RFEDI.
       FADI.
       Candanchú Ski Resort.

REGISTRATIONS
Registrations will be made through the RFEDI extranet until Thursday, January 13th, at
1:00pm.

Registration prices per day of each competition:
   − FIS Race: 25€.
   − U16 y U14: 15€.
   − U12 y U10: 10€.

The loss or non-delivery of any bib at the end of the competition will be charged the
amount of € 50.00 to the regional or national federation responsible for the registration
per bib, which will have to be paid before the following Wednesday at the end of the
competition.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 14TH

      11:00h Circuit opens for teams and athletes’ recognition.

      19:30h TCM

      It will be held online, as a COVID 19 protocol measure, through the Google Meet
      platform. Only 1 representative per Federation may attend.

      20:30h to 21:30h

      Pick up the bibs at the headquarters of the “Club Pirineísta Mayencos”. Address:
      Calle Tierra de Biescas, 10, bajos, 22700 Jaca, Huesca. Only one coach per
      national or regional federation allowed.

SATURDAY, JANUARY 15TH FIS RACE CLASSIC TECHNIQUE

      10:30h. Interval Start
      11:45h. Interval Start U16 to U10

      DISTANCES

      Men
             −   FIS Race: 10km.
             −   U16 y U14: 5km.
             −   U12: 2.5km.
             −   U10: 1.5km.

      Women
          −      FIS Race: 5km.
          −      U16 y U14: 5km.
          −      U12: 2.5km.
          −      U10: 1.5km.

      13:00h FIS Race Awards Ceremony

       13:00h FIS Race awards ceremony and regional awards ceremony

ACCOMODATION

   •   Jaca: HOTEL MUR** / 35€ MP y 37,75€ PC.
   •   Castiello de Jaca: MESÓN CASTIELLO *** / 38€ MP y 48€ PC.

Dates: From January 13 to 16, 2022
The price includes:
   •   Accommodation in Half Board and Full Board.
   •   Price per person in a double room (athletes and technicians).
   •   Price per night, VAT included.
   •   Consult individual, triple and quadruple rooms.
   •   Consult other dates within the 13-16/01.
ANEXO I. PROTOCOLO COVID
Protocolo para la vuelta de competiciones oficiales de ámbito estatal y carácter no
profesional del CSD. Este formulario deberá ser completado por todos participantes.

DOCUMENTOS QUE DEBEN REMITIR TODOS LOS PARTICIPANTES
Para facilitar la gestión por parte de la organización los documentos se remitirán agrupados
por clubes.
1.-Formulario de localización personal (FLP) para cada participante (adulto/menor
de edad). Este formulario deberá ser completado por todos participantes, o por sus tutores
legales en el caso de los menores de edad, en los días que se desarrolle la competición.

Los representantes de los clubes deberán enviar estos documentos a la dirección de correo
electrónico protocolocovid@fadiaragon.org antes de las 13:00 horas del jueves día 13 de
enero de 2022.

   Sin estos documentos debidamente cumplimentados y firmados NO SE PERMITIRÁ LA
                                  PARTICIPACIÓN.
