Thelma Hines
For more than 30 years, Thelma

to become a teacher. In the

Natosha Speight, Ph.D.,
LCSW-C
Dr. Natosha Speight is a
clinician, psychologist, speaker,
coach, trainer, consultant,
advocate and most importantly,
mother. With over 20 years of
experience working with
children, youth, families and
adults in areas of mental health,
psychological services, social
services, and education, her
work experience spans
numerous environments and
communities.
Dr. Speight received her
Bachelor of Science degree in
Biological Sciences, a Master of
Social Work degree, and aPh.D. in Psychology. Her key areas of interest and expertise are trauma, social and emotional learning, restorative practices and self-care. Dr. Speight is currently the Director of Student and Family Services at Barrie School in Silver Spring, MD where she is responsible for the provision and oversight of psychological, social, emotional and counseling support services for students, families, faculty and staff members. She is also the CEO/Founder of her private practice, Psychological Counseling and Educational Services, LLC.
