Group Insurance Program Renewal 2021
Presentation
Since January 1st, 2019, the Corporation des thérapeutes du sport du Québec is offering a
group insurance program to all certified members. As of May 1, 2021, the beneficiaries will
be covered by SSQ Assurance.
According to the RAMQ law, « vous avez l’obligation d’adhérer à un régime privé, au moins
pour la couverture des médicaments, si vous y avez accès et que vous avez moins de 65 ans ».
IMPORTANTS ELEMENTS
• Insurance company : SSQ
• A new beneficiary card will be sent out by mail in the week of May 17, 2021
• Broker : BFL
• Program manager : CTSQ
• For any questions, contact us in the first place
You will not be allowed to change your subscription module afterward unless
one of these life vent happens:
• Birth of a child
• Adding a partner to your coverage
Coverage period
• May 1st, 2021, to August 31, 2022
• Maximum raise of actual premiums of 15 %
• September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023
• Maximum raise of new premium 20 %

3Premiums
Payments are accepted only from the 25th of the previous month to the 5th of the month
for which the payment is due. Any late payment will be charged with extra fees of $11.50
for every ten (10) days or tardiness.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the payments are made on due time.
