Holiday Programme
April, 2019

Dear Parents,
Welcome to the April Holiday Programme. This will only proceed if we have sufficient numbers. As staff
are employed and the venues booked on the enrolment numbers, it is essential that all enrolment forms
be returned to the school office no later than Friday 29 March 2019.
Once a booking is made, NO refunds will be given. If sickness is an issue, you may be able to slot in
on another day in-lieu depending on the roll numbers. It is a good idea to ring early in the morning to check.
Programme Cost (GST Incl):
$60 per day or full week $255.00
Casual Bookings
Casual bookings after the 29th March will be accepted, subject to space availability.
Casual cost per day: $70.00.
(To be paid by eftpos/cash when the child is delivered in the morning).
Format
The programme is attached, but please note that this can alter depending on circumstances, such as bad
weather for the outdoor fixtures, instructor unavailability, etc.
We do not expect the excursions to return to school before 4.00pm.
Full supervision (ratio 1 adult: max 12 children) will be guaranteed at all times from 8.00am – 5.00pm.
During day trips adult to child ratios will increase in accordance to the EOTC policy, with a minimum of two
adults when off-site.
Parking
3min parking is available on Chester Street West. Please use the cobbled area if stopping for longer to
avoid parking tickets.

Lateness
Please note that we require children to be picked-up no later than 5.00pm. Any children who are not
collected by this time will be charged a late fee.
First time late per week
0-15 minutes after 5.00pm or part thereof $25.00
Each 15 minutes after 5.15pm and every 15 minutes after or part thereof $50.00
Second time late per week
0-15 minutes after 5.00pm or part thereof $50.00
Each 15 minutes after 5.15pm and every 15 minutes after or part thereof $50.00
Requirements
• A water bottle, sunhat and sunscreen – clearly named
• A raincoat
• Change of clothes
• Children are required to bring their own morning and afternoon tea and lunch
(No chocolate or sugar overloads please!)

Parent Acknowledgement: The Cathedral Grammar Prep School Holiday Programme will be run according to the usual policies, behavioral
expectations and standards of courtesy that we value. In event of misbehavior, continued attendance will be at the sole discretion of the Holiday
Programme Supervisor
I accept that no refund shall be given should my child be removed from the Programme due to unacceptable behavior.
Note: 1. For children not enrolled at The Cathedral Grammar School, the holiday programme fee is to be paid in full at the time of booking.
2. I understand that no refund shall be given for days not attended.
