  greenery and open public spaces, then Upper
              West Side is the place to be.

          ABOUT UPPER EAST SIDE

  The Upper East Side isn't all posh real estate,
 designer boutiques, and prep schools anymore.
    A younger, more affordable lifestyle is now
 mixed in with its New York sophistication. A lot
    of families settle down here, so the area is
  extremely safe and secure. While there is not a
   whole lot of hip nightlife, Upper East Side is
  home to many parks, quiet, tree-lined streets
     for running, and Museum Mile along 5th
             Avenue for the cultural folks.

                                                             great. My rent is also very good. However, the building had a
                                                             bed bugs problem for nearly six months and my apartment was
                                                             infested for some time. The management was difficult and many
                                                             tenants moved out.”

                                                                 front desk and management quickly responds to any requests or
                                                                 concerns. I lived here my first 2 years of law school with another
                                                                 law student and it was great!”

                                                               bed bugs problem for nearly six months and my apartment was
                                                               infested for some time. The management was difficult and many
