 Coventry is the most popular neighborhood for

  trendiest neighborhoods in Cleveland Heights,

             ABOUT LITTLE ITALY

  Little Italy is a picturesque neighborhood with
    brick roads, tall trees, and charming Italian
   shops and restaurants. Most people tend to
  live in town homes in this area. The walk from
  Little Italy to campus is very manageable, and
  the Little Italy-University Circle RTA station is
  just down the road. The area has a homey feel
 to it and the crowd is a little older than some of
       the other university-focused areas.

 What students typically look for:                          “Innova is a great place to live, especially once the HEC opens.
                                                            The HEC is literally about a 2 minute walk from the front door of
                                                            Innova because it is across the street. Though Innova is
                                                            expensive, I like using the gym in the apartment building and
                                                            there is a 24/7 concierge that can help you with things like
                          Excellent location               walking your dog and getting your dry cleaning done. There is
                                                            also a grocery delivery service (PrestoFresh) that delivers for free
                          Reasonably-priced                to Innova so you don't have to go grocery shopping. The building

                                                            living conditions are great, and although the building is definitely
                                                            on the older side, the management does a good job of fixing/
                                                            replacing things that need to be attended to. Also a great
                                                            location in relation to Little Italy and University Circle--which are

                                                            cat, we saved a lot of money with the dog care. It's also a very
                                                            safe building with 24/7 concierge. Overall, we love living in this

                                                               “Honestly, love this place. It's in Shaker Heights right by Shaker
                                                               Square (10 minute walk) where there's a CVS Pharmacy, to-go
                                                               food places, grocery shopping, etc. Apartment is quiet (which I
                                                               love), with a mix of students, older adults, and families. Laundry
                                                               on every floor with the use of a laundry card. Paid for garage
                                                               parking, which is lovely for the snow time. Maintenance is pretty
                                                               quick. Has central air/heat, garbage disposal, portable
                                                               dishwasher. Most utilities aren't included, so you will have to pay
                                                               for things like ac/heat (which is divided among all the residents
                                                               according to apartment size), electricity, internet, renter's
